People have learned that passive barriers are the sine qua non of border enforcement because the last 40 years of experience have taught them that 'pointless wastes of money walls' are all they're ever going to get. Ineffective as walls and fences might be, they don't stop being barriers just because someone wrote a memo.
Real immigration policy takes government commitment that will never exist while irregular immigrants are the only thing keeping Social Security solvent. Brown people need to work without legal status so they can contribute towards benefits they cannot collect to protect the political status quo. No dreams, just exploitation. Not because of a Bad Orange Man or Republicans or Democrats but because that's the way it has to be.

Lets change up the circumstances a little bit for the sake of argument. What if she had taken out and “secured” an encrypted PRC-152 radio set? While seemingly harmless, those crypto keys are now considered compromised and a mad effort is made to change those keys across a massive comm network. She had unknowingly damaged the security and safety of hundreds of thousands of military personnel, and interrupted ongoing operations.
Just like a radio, she has no authorization or duty to “secure” controlled items. If the nasty girls had caught her as she was making off with the weapon, they would have had been in the right to ventilate her car to re-secure the stolen items

Texas cares a lot about "mens rea", or evil intentions, being a state that practices capital punishment. There's a difference between stealing something and borrowing something without permission, although both actions are theft. Texas has a weird way of practicing law, probably due to its history as part of Mexico, France, and being an independent nation for a stretch.

Texas' attitude with most things is, "If it doesn't hurt anybody and you don't get caught, whatever. But if you're stupid enough to get caught, you need to learn your lesson."
There are plenty of Texas laws on the books that don't ever get applied unless the fuzz wants to really frick you over. You can see this here and there where repeat offenders get caught and charged with like 30 different things, and they're almost all obscure bullshit things.
Also, because of carpet baggers, it's really hard to remove things from Texas' constitution or laws, but easy to add them.
I need to verify, though, if horse theft is still technically a hanging offense.
You know damn good and well she won't be charged or even get a slap on the wrist. They never do. You or I do that we're going to prison after the ATF buys us a puppy and shoots it, they do this they get a pat on the back and a "sorry mistress". ATF, FBI, and a whole pile of Texas law enforcement agencies got tagged in the replies and she's given plenty of evidence on her own but not a damn thing will come of it.
You don't get a felony for reporting a crime and securing a loose weapon. That soldier is looking at 1-5 years in the slammer tho
>loose >in a closed vehicle
Pick one and only one. It doesn't matter if the door is locked or not. If the rifle was OUTSIDE the truck and just left leaning on it all the morons defending this b***h might have a leg to stand on. Based on the story and pictures SHE TOOK she had to walk up to the truck, look inside the vehicle (which is tall because truck), try the doors, and then walk off with a freshly stolen machine gun. If the vehicle is unlocked it's still theft. If the gun isn't secured it's still theft and she's still illegally in possession of that rifle. If it's not theft if the door is unlocked then I'd LOVE to know your address for a bit of friendly wealth redistribution.
I guarantee nobody with the authority to do so told her to take the weapon for any reason and in the tweet chain she even said calling the cops is useless when asked if she did strongly implying she didn't even bother doing that. She just started window shopping that truck and stole a gun out of it.
According to the feds that particular gun is a machine gun. It's got ye olde third hole AND a clearly marked "auto". In the eyes of the law it's a machine gun.
She is exercising her 2nd amendment rights. By pulling off that stunt the Texas NG demonstrates they are not a well regulated militia, and thus may be disarmed at will.
This is some incredible white woman energy. Breaking into a cop car to steal an automatic rifle and then take it back home. Probably going to get away with it too.
virgin PrepHole gun nut: >shares documents on how to manufacture machine gun parts at home, never does it >doesn't post face and name >talks a big game about "not complying", complies >noguns
the Chad twitter butterfly enthusiast: >just takes a machine gun out of an unlocked national guard truck >posts pictures of this on her personal real name twitter
>shares documents on how to manufacture machine gun parts at home, never does it
Those a glowies and I dare you idiots to dl that shit so they can track you
>Vehicle running
So the guardsmen had gotten out to do something and were probably very close by and this b***h rushed up, grabbed a gun and booked it.
>Keys in ignition >Engine running
I seriously doubt it. Simply because it's such an unnatural thing to do, sheer muscle memory would have made the driver turn off the engine if he was thinking "I am leaving this vehicle here".
you say that but my coworker walked out to his car after a 6 hour shift to find he had left it running with the lights on the entire time. Miracle nobody stole the thing. It was a hybrid so to be fair the engine shuts off when you put it in park most of the time
as dumb as this b***h is, she has a point, these guys were morons and a fricking illegal could have gotten the rifle, small chance they'd approach the vehicle looking for them but if they notice no on in it who knows
either way, b***h should be charged and those nasty girls should have their buttholes reamed
Nothing will come of this, just like nothing came of the moron who tried to "destroy" an AR15 for twitter clout by cutting the barrel down with a hacksaw. Karens are a protected class.
The simple facts that she was both completely unafraid to just grab a rifle out of a Mil/LEO truck and, as it turned out, completely justified in feeling so, speaks volumes about how "oppressed" burgers really are.
>she was both completely unafraid to just grab a rifle out of a Mil/LEO truck and, as it turned out, completely justified in feeling so
Because she is a rich lefty activist; part of the de facto nobility. If a peasant did that they would be doing prison time for it. Why are you redd/int/ors so fricking willfully stupid?
>she was completely unafraid to do this thing that would have zero negative consequences to herself! >what a brave display of self righteous left wing virtue signaling!
moron
I heard about that before I got out. Did they ever recover anything? If the guy that stole em was smart he definitely popped off the uppers and buried the lowers.
As far as I know, they never found it. Investigators really gave my buddies a hard time trying to find it. The field op they were lost in, was a battalion exercise, but when it happened, the op was winding down and some of the companies had just barely returned. Then we all had to go back out to try and find them. That was the mark of some dark days for 3/6 we had got a really shitty SgtMaj and our BC wasn't experienced with his position either, but he meant well at least. Later in March of 2020, while in 29 palms, we had a mishap where a mortar landed dangerously close to some guys and a couple dudes got minor shrapnel wounds and concussions. The BC and sajmaj were relieved very shortly after that. It was just such a shame to see how things went after the rifle incident, the past 3 years I always thought we were super locked on and had our stuff together.
>didn’t even take out the mag >tfw imagining some dumbass hag of a journalist flagging the frick out of everyone she sees with an issued machine gun >tfw imagining her magdumping into a wall because lol wat trigur disiplin
I use humor to mask my seething.
>worried about the safety >flip the long part to the side marked "safe" >it's safe to put my finger on the trigger and now I can carry it around
This is totally in the realm of possibility.
>while you're distracted, an assassin sneaks up to you, flips the selector to "semi" and disappears >you have your finger on the trigger >something startles you, you squeeze the trigger and shoot your buddy
Why would she brag about it? Does she want the government to get on her ass for not only breaking in a vehicle without authorization(not to mention a government owned one), but also stole a service rifle in that same vehicle. She might have a point, but she still moronic in bragging about committing a crime. The guardsman were also nearby, so she probably waited until they were looking away and stole the rifle.
>steal a machine gun from the government >admit to it and post evidence online under your real name >get away with it and praised by journalists
I hate women so much bros. This is female privilege personified.
How fricked up is the grunt who left the gun in there?
I doubt his superiors would accept >well, she was not allowed to take it, it was very illegal
as valid excuse for losing your weapon.
Depends on circumstances, it's such a weird situation that I legit can't figure out the sequence of events.
As the car was running, I suspect they had jumped out to look at something (or take a piss) and this b***h zoomed up and helped herself to their service weapon and GTFO in a minute or two.
>this b***h zoomed up and helped herself to their service weapon and GTFO in a minute or two
It was probably premeditated, she had some beef with the NG before (according to her tweets and one of the articles interwieving her), so she waited until they left one of their cars unattended, snatched the rifle and drove away, to cause shit for them.
If she really had public safety on her mind, she'd just call the cops and wait at the spot until they arrived, not broke into the fricking vehicle and drove off with a fricking government property post-86 machine gun.

You or I do that we're going to prison after the ATF buys us a puppy and shoots it, they do this they get a pat on the back and a "sorry mistress". ATF, FBI, and a whole pile of Texas law enforcement agencies got tagged in the replies and she's given plenty of evidence on her own but not a damn thing will come of it.
>loose
>in a closed vehicle
She just started window shopping that truck and stole a gun out of it.
>machine gun
opinion disregarded
pretty sure its an M4, not an AR15.
The third pin hole is clearly visible in the second shot of the rifle in the OP, moron.
All M4s are AR15s.
According to the feds that particular gun is a machine gun. It's got ye olde third hole AND a clearly marked "auto". In the eyes of the law it's a machine gun.
leftists dont get charged with crimes. gun laws are only enforced for right wing patriots
You get a lighter sentence being a violent armed felon than you would as a man selling a piece of sheetmetal with the wrong pattern etched on it.
Don't be silly, anon. Laws only apply to those to follow them.
She's a woman so she'll get a slap on the wrist and be told not to do it again.
she could've just locked the door for them
gottem
>implying its that much harder to get a gun than this
Whats the point of a survilence state when modern criminals document all their crimes on social media?
She is exercising her 2nd amendment rights. By pulling off that stunt the Texas NG demonstrates they are not a well regulated militia, and thus may be disarmed at will.
NG is not a militia at all.
This is some incredible white woman energy. Breaking into a cop car to steal an automatic rifle and then take it back home. Probably going to get away with it too.
Smells like a LARP to trick people into trying to rob military and feds
Something like this happened to NYSP a few years ago, iirc. I d9nt think the rifle was ever recovered.
she looks like a total c**t.
Eh, I’d still let her give me a fully semi automatic handjob
I can fix her
You need to leave the Basement.
Texas is so fricking gay
Women are so stupid. When I commit felonies I don't go post it on social media for likes.
>Noone posting screenshots of them reporting this to the ATF
War might never change but /k/ sure has. What better way to teach some lib c**t how aweful gun laws are then subjecting them to it?
>complains no one is posting ss of reports to the ATF
>doesn't post ss of report to the ATF
be the change you want to see in the world, Black person
I'm legally no longer allowed to file reports to the ATF for excessive abuse of the reporting system. You take up the torch anon.
you've inspired me, anon
>'m legally no longer allowed to file reports to the ATF for excessive abuse of the reporting system.
Fricking unbelievably based.
A true gentleman. I salute you.
>I'm legally no longer allowed to file reports to the ATF for excessive abuse of the reporting system
>I'm legally no longer allowed to file reports to the ATF for excessive abuse of the reporting system.
>I'm legally no longer allowed to file reports to the ATF for excessive abuse of the reporting system. You take up the torch anon.
I KNEEL
>I want to believe
virgin PrepHole gun nut:
>shares documents on how to manufacture machine gun parts at home, never does it
>doesn't post face and name
>talks a big game about "not complying", complies
>noguns
the Chad twitter butterfly enthusiast:
>just takes a machine gun out of an unlocked national guard truck
>posts pictures of this on her personal real name twitter
Sadly true.
you forgot the last part:
>returns the stolen gun to the authorities like a complete pussy
>TELLS the government to COME PICK UP THEIR BULLSHIT
>places it in a storage locker, sues the state for the costs and interest
It would be easy to do anything if you were one of the classes of people it was verboten to punish
This is the real reason why everyone ITT is seething
>shares documents on how to manufacture machine gun parts at home, never does it
Those a glowies and I dare you idiots to dl that shit so they can track you
meh, i would've just taken the lower, everything else on that setup is garbage
This sounds like a great way to get shot.
Also a great way to get prosecuted but since it's a white liberal woman, that one is going nowhere.
Should've disassembled it, dropped the bolt and the upper in a river somewhere and kept the lower and the optic.
the lower is the only serialized part, moron.
>keeping an old as shit 4 MOA CompM2
No thanks
>steal from the army
>go on twitter and brag about it
should see jail time
>leaving fricking SI unattended
That’s a hard no-go
>Vehicle running
So the guardsmen had gotten out to do something and were probably very close by and this b***h rushed up, grabbed a gun and booked it.
Side of the road
Yes because it's common for people to pull over their CAR and leave it running while they travel vast distances on foot.
service vehicles do that shit all the time
They pull over to then cover vast distances on foot? Keys in the ignition and engine running?
apparently they had hopped into a boarder patrol car with another guardman and drove off
>Keys in ignition
>Engine running
She has more balls than 90% of /k/ posters and is an old lady running a fricking butterfly sanctuary.
She's a lefty political activist and untouchable because of it. It's easy to "have balls" when you're playing on easy mode.
Why are you redd/int/ors so fricking willfully stupid?
>she was completely unafraid to do this thing that would have zero negative consequences to herself!
>what a brave display of self righteous left wing virtue signaling!
moron
My unit had two rifles snatched from us a couple years ago. Still haven't lived that one down.
3/6 is that you?
Yes actually. The company and platoon that it happened in was mine, but I had left the platoon/company a few months before the incident.
It was just such a shame to see how things went after the rifle incident, the past 3 years I always thought we were super locked on and had our stuff together.
>didn’t even take out the mag
>tfw imagining some dumbass hag of a journalist flagging the frick out of everyone she sees with an issued machine gun
>tfw imagining her magdumping into a wall because lol wat trigur disiplin
I use humor to mask my seething.
>worried about the safety
>flip the long part to the side marked "safe"
>it's safe to put my finger on the trigger and now I can carry it around
This is totally in the realm of possibility.
>while you're distracted, an assassin sneaks up to you, flips the selector to "semi" and disappears
>you have your finger on the trigger
>something startles you, you squeeze the trigger and shoot your buddy
Yeah okay but what if I roll a reflex save of 8 or higher?
>flip the long part
Kindly frick off, you underage, noguns, mental midget
Told through the eyes of a noguns, dork.
Disgusting
>carbine gas
>drop in quad rail
>beat to hell Comp M2
Really?
>see thing in car
>try to open the door to take it
wtf kind of jogger shit is that, unlocked or not
Why would she brag about it? Does she want the government to get on her ass for not only breaking in a vehicle without authorization(not to mention a government owned one), but also stole a service rifle in that same vehicle. She might have a point, but she still moronic in bragging about committing a crime. The guardsman were also nearby, so she probably waited until they were looking away and stole the rifle.
Props to her, just walked away with government property
also
>national guard
I would have locked the keys in the car
>steal a machine gun from the government
>admit to it and post evidence online under your real name
>get away with it and praised by journalists
I hate women so much bros. This is female privilege personified.
How fricked up is the grunt who left the gun in there?
I doubt his superiors would accept
>well, she was not allowed to take it, it was very illegal
as valid excuse for losing your weapon.
If grunt is white male he'll get smoked. Otherwise nothing.
Not fricked in the slightest. Pretty likely their command'll press charges.
God I wish she was on our side
Yeah it's sus as frick. The whole story is bizarre. There is certainly more to it than she lets on. Hope she gets absolutely fricked.
please don't use big confusing legal terminology we want big government to throw the book for a no intent infraction itt we don't want them to in the NEXT thread not this one please understand
I want to hear about how hard they reamed the dumbfrick private who left his weapon laying around
let me know the moment the ATF starts prosecuting on intent and not liability only in certain cases
it's embarrassing how the out of board tourists barely bother to fit in anymore
oh no her dog 🙁
bro was probably chasing someone and foot came back to find someone stole a vital tool only to for them to find out some white women took it and now they are the victim.
shit fricked
>the F-15 wienerpit was open and I took off
>I crashed it and ejected WHAT DID I DO WRONG?
Borderline moronic. Not even a criminal would do this.
