Given a sealed box, Take some coolant rods (sealed copper tubes with a vacuum and a little water) and drive them into the ground under your tent. If you can get a few feet down into the ground then you'll be able to do heat transfer with the normalized earth temperature of about 60.
You'd probably need to do some math and/or testing to figure out how to regulate and normalize between the heat of the exterior environment, the body, and the and heat sink interaction with the 60~ degree earth. But you could create some kind of equilibrium that doesn't result in an obvious cold spot.

My first thought was exactly something like this, airgapped/supported mylar under burlap or some other natural looking textile with leaves/twigs over it, good to know it works. Probably fairly cozy in there too overnight.
Soft cover will work to block thermal signature as long as there is an offset between the material and your body sufficient to prevent heat transfer. Big puffy ghilie suits work decently for this reason, especially when paired with an insulated baselayer to further delay heat transfer to the exterior fabric. For static Anti-SWIR-Surveillance, any sort of thick netting with similar thermal characteristics to your backdrop will work as long as it isn't touching anything with a different thermal characteristic(you, your metal gear, etc.)
That being said, the real thing that's gonna frick you in the woods is AMMOR which will programmatically detect objects that are manmade and highlight them to the operator. Even the JSOC guys have a ton of trouble defeating those in training exercises. That's the real reason why you want to avoid LOS versus any peer ISR assets. Not to mention the SAR...

As such, your best bet is to vent it in such a way that doesn't suggest you're a human. I watched a mouse run around in the desert at 6km. Even letting a vehicle cool to ambient temperature still looks like a vehicle, if of a similar temperature. It's not even like a vehicle shape but detail of all the junk on the side of it and the suspension is clear as day.

I have a bretty good idea for a heat dissipating shield.
You take a decent quality tarp and cut it to the size of your body.
Sew fish net onto the top or glue it semi loosely on the tarp and then thread burlap string through all of it as if you were using that ghillie suit method.
String foliage through it.
Attatch 4 handles on the other side of the tarp that has nothing in the four corners that your feet and hands can easily latch onto and spread out over you.
You should be able to roll this thing up and attach to your pack like a sleeping roll.
There is this little known trick to fool IR glowBlack folk dont want you to know about. If you have a nice day asap your corpse will be too cold for IR making you invisible and you will be able to easily hide from IR devices giving you the upper hand.

I have a bretty good idea for a heat dissipating shield.
You take a decent quality tarp and cut it to the size of your body.
Sew fish net onto the top or glue it semi loosely on the tarp and then thread burlap string through all of it as if you were using that ghillie suit method.
String foliage through it.
Attatch 4 handles on the other side of the tarp that has nothing in the four corners that your feet and hands can easily latch onto and spread out over you.
You should be able to roll this thing up and attach to your pack like a sleeping roll.
There is this little known trick to fool IR glowBlack folk dont want you to know about. If you have a nice day asap your corpse will be too cold for IR making you invisible and you will be able to easily hide from IR devices giving you the upper hand.

So thermal/ir has measures to prevent visual saturation blinding them, i assume they work to prevent flashes of heat/light from overloading the systems.I bet those systems don't work in reverse, would freon grenades' work?
