The big thing currently (although hardly new) is smart mines capable of being setup and managed by infantry. A bit like an autonomous claymore with man-in-the-loop to get round the whole Ottawa convention stipulation on victim actuation. Also Finland has put forward its design for a new bounding AT mine and they also have that autonomous wheeled AT "mine" in trials.

There's a another I can't remember the name of that's American, I think you throw it behind you and Wires fire out all over that are capable of detonating it, the idea is to slow down a pursuing enemy.

These aren't particularly new features, but an upgrade over WWII blast mines. There are also some bastard features such as fuzes that detonate when they detect mine detectors and blast resistant mines.
the best part is that the nations that deploy mines are majority deploying only the soviet stupid mines that have advanced wounding over WW2 mines and none of the safety features.
