Do those camos work in ukraine or should they repaint them?
probably depends on the season, might work well in the fall
Very squat, very heavy.
Honestly though, how much difference is there between one flavor of MRAP and another?
Way better than the Saxon that the Brits gave them few years ago. This thing could actually handle spicy rounds and survive mines
British really are the most absolute facile scumbags when it comes to these sorts of things. You see they are donating L119s now? Small caliber towed artillery, range less than antiquated Grads. Those are going to get a lot of use from an attrited semi-conscript army I'm sure <sarcasm>.
>L119
Still better then the D-20 shits they're replacing
No they fricking aren't. L119 is meant to be airlifted penny packet into late 20th century low intensity warfare situations by well trained troops to secure FOBs. Its totally wrong for Ukraine Brits are just getting rid of old junk.
L119 is better than D-30 that separatists use. It's extreme light weight means even donkey can tow it. Range is a problem but better to have 40 L119 than not have them
Shit is just going to get left out in a field spotted by a drone and blasted. Meanwhile Turkey is selling long range drones and accurate TBMs. Results, Black person. they are important.
>Shit is just going to get left out in a field spotted by a drone and blasted
possibly, it's still 40 extra artillery pieces that Ukraine needs
>Meanwhile Turkey is selling long range drones and accurate TBMs
and UK provided MLRS as well as providing British training to 40k troops. I've even seen Vatniks crying that UK is buying 90 million worth of military equipment from Khazakhstan to provide Ukraine with
Wait until vatniks find out how much ammo Serbian companies sold to Ukraine.
I can only hope it makes them so mad our government won't be able to suck their dick anymore and dies from deprivation.
They literally sent HIMARS, M109's and other MLRS on TOP of those guns. Imagine being a fricking moron. L119's were also donated by a military surplus company, not by the UK government.
Saxon wasn't sent to be used on the front line, it was sent to be for medical transport.
>it's totally wrong to give equipment to a nation that needs equipment that is better than a lot of the equipment they face
is this the newest
>we mustn't poke the Russian bear! Gas prices too high! t. John from New York Oblast
>L119
>airlift
Sure if you have a fricking chinook. L119 is almost twice as heavy as LG1 but that also means that L119 is much more robust
okmoron
>British really are the most absolute facile scumbags when it comes to these sorts of things
Brits know
>Richard Dannatt, said that supplying the vehicles to Ukraine was "immoral" as they were "useless" in high intensity warfare.
Dannatt is a fricking hack though. He's basically Pierre Sprey tier.
Ukraine ended up really liking the Saxons when used for what its actually meant for.
https://defence24.com/armed-forces/useless-saxon-vehicles-surprisingly-useful-in-ukraine-kiev-benefits-from-the-cost-effect-ratio
Vehicles useless in high intensity combat? Is that dude moronic?
It's Dannatt so, yes.
Better than nothing. Ukrainian army is currently very big and underequipped. Also you don't need to worry about losing those.
The brits did make junks every now and then but L119 isn't one of them. It's overbuilt for 105mm gun as the chamber could withstand 155mm pressure and having longer barrel than other 105mm gun makes it to have comparable range as a 122mm and even older 155mm gun
You could shoot this gun continuously and at surprisingly high enough rate of fire and not worry about it exploding in your face.
L119 is more accurate than anything the Russians can field by a pretty decent margin
>this war
>accuracy, adjustment of fire, time, training and experience, forward observer reports, dialed in computer ranging and notification on a battle net
see the problem?
Can i put a stugna on it?
stugma balls
According to what's being said these were donated straight from TAF inventory. Hence, most of them have the yellow/green camo. They'll probably be re-painted by Ukraine.
>donated
So they were given for free?
I wouldn't trust a single Erdogan supplied IFV to not have a call home chip to daddy Putin.
Go back to Réddit, shitlib.
European states sold $400M in weapons to Russia since 2014 in spite of sanctions, with 78% of it coming from France and Germany alone. They refused to sell weapons to Ukraine prior to 2022 at all, except for Poland and the Baltic States.
Germany even blocked defensive equipment like drone jammers. While Russian drones were found to use German engines.

When Ukraine first used the Bayraktar TB2 against Russian-backed forces in October 2021 to save Ukrainian troops from shelling, France and Germany literally condemned it.

Germany, France and Greece bullied Poland for buying Bayraktar TB2 drones to defend itself from a potentially aggressive Russia.
Meanwhile, Turkey's been arming Ukraine since the mid 2010s, and Russia's invasion in February 2022 was timed to prevent the planned Turkish drone factories in Ukraine from being operational, which would have made their invasion very difficult. The two were also planning to build ships together, with 2 already under way.
Turkey's the only who's been actively fighting Russia's proxies on multiple fronts for almost a decade (Syria, Libya, South Caucasus, Ukraine).
>They refused to sell weapons to Ukraine prior to 2022 at all
>in spite of sanctions
Because it went to court and the EU said they had a legal obligation to finish contracts signed before 2014.
But I'll let that slide because France and Germany need to be slapped for supporting Russia. Based Poland called them out recently, saying they were being tyrannical in the EU.
Roach anon, i kneel!
too roach didnt read
B6 level armour can't stop 50cal or equivalent.
>just as the last final TB2 was shot down for the 99th time
forgot pic
vatniksisters...why did we shoot ourselves in a dick by showing it's manufacturing date...are we moronic?
>getting sand damaged trucks that even ISIS can rape is going to help
sure ukraine internet force, sure
just remember to spray a Z on them when they breaks down on the first drive like all of your other shot down shit
Jeez, vatnikBlack person you really bring 5-month-old cope webm that had to convince brainlets like you that there were no casualties during the storming of Kyiv, this is all Ukrainian propaganda
>The Z is clearly photoshopped out
>he posts it as proof of the contrary
lol, lmao even.
It looks like the Z wiggles around a little bit to me which indicates that it's shooped in, but yea on a flat featureless panel like that it would just as easy to remove the Z as it would be to add it.
Anyone in the world could have shooped it though.
it's video from the first month of a war, due to high losses from Russians they started creating fakes like this. It's Russian fake that they are trying to pass as Ukrainian fake, they've done so several times, but realized people caught up very quickly and stopped making them
It's intent into cast doubt about visual evidence of all those vehicles with "Z" painted on
Yea I understand that, there's motives for both sides to fake videos, as well third parties and individuals.
All I'm saying is the Z in that one looks shaky to me. I'd have to do autistic frame comparisons to be sure though and I don't care that much because the real situation does not change regardless of whether it's fake or not.
Worthless Arab equipment that will be destroyed with the rest of the useless shit they’ve sent
Why does turkey loves to play all sides?
Sultan Erdogan needs some entertainment.
tbh it's erdogan that's the issue and not necessarily the turks themselves
Simple they are the wildcard or in more nerd terms chaotic neutral
Turkey was fine being on one side, but that side happens to be driven by anti-Turkey politicians and lobbyists who continue to literally host and fund Turkey's enemies, have arms embargoes on Turkey, and tries to sabotage it in every way possible.
Turkey is therefore forced to not put all its eggs in one basket and put itself above all else.
Turkey can't exactly afford to sanction Russia when the main reason why Turkey is in economic crisis is precisely because everyone of its neighbors (Iraq, Syria, Iran, Lebanon, Libya and now Ukraine) are either in a state of war, sanctions, economic crisis, or some combination of the above. Russia and Iran don't like Turkey either, but all three play the delicate dance.
The only reason Turkey even bought the S-400s is because the US refused to sell Patriots for a decade, and then pulled out their own after Turkey shot down a Russian jet for violating its airspace in 2014, and then months later there was a coup attempt in 2016. At the same time there was a growing threat from the likes of Egypt, UAE, Greece and France who wanted to start a fake conflict over the East Med, so having AA systems to defend its skies was necessary.
The F-35 was going to be cancelled regardless because there's no way the anti-Turkey lobby would allow it. If they had the power to cancel it when they did, then obviously they could cancel it later on. Even now, despite the White House asking for it to go through, you have select pro-Greco-Armenian U.S. Congressmen blocking F-16 sales and modernization kits, and pathetically trying to suppress the Turkish drone industry.
The more politicians in Western Europe and the US pursues moves against Turkey that serves not their own national interest or that of NATO but that of certain "special interest" including the Greco-Armenian lobby, the more they push Turkey to be independent and assertive.
Turkey is done playing dodgeball and is playing 4D chess.
B-But Erdogan is le dumb dictator?
B-But economy?
