can you show the screws you're actually trying to remove? bolt extractor or hammering in a oversized bit is always an option. cutting a slit and using a flathead is one too.
Good oil that penetrates like kroil let sit 24 hours heat till oil smokes then let cool. Reapply again 24 hours then shock it by using oversize bit hammer on a solid surface till bit is in then try gently if it does not go heat till oil smokes more oil 24 hours then shock again with hammer try again. If does not work heat till oil smokes take a can of PC cleaner "air" turn can upside down so it sprays the liquid nitrogen out and spray it on the hot screw for maximum thermal shock. If all that fails it is going to be a drill out.
Depends on where and how important the screw is I know kids are impatient but I have been using that method on important screws on cars guns tractors etc. With almost 100% effectiveness since canned air was invented and yes I am old so frick off so do what ever the frick you want frick up a bunch of shit and buy new. Or scratch the frick out of the real antique gun that was passed down to you because you are a tick tock israelite ruled ADHD homosexual.
Kids these days dont know the value of hard work. They'll b***h and moan about how the old men do things wrong but never wonder how the old way was invented in the first place

That webm actually illustrates my point perfectly. What kind of shitty parent doesnt show their kid how to use a can opener? What kind of shitty parent doesnt know that kids need to be shown how to do things as they're being raised. Boomers are the weak men who created weak times. Now the hard times are rapidly arriving.

Children in times past could witness their parents doing something once and then do it themselves. Today, kids are so brain damaged by social media and access to tablets from the age of 2 that unless they're taught in a digital way or through a tiktok dance they're mentally incapable of watching someone and replicating it. The thought of reading and replicating is even more impossible for them.
That's not gen z that's just being moronic and having 0 spatial thinking and 0 critical thinking ability
t. figured out how that thing worked as a little kid

This is a combination of zoomers looking at ipads as a child rather than observing their parents and also shit parents who don't force their children into household responsibilities at a young age so they don't turn into spoiled shits.

This pretty much the same thing I've been told by mechanics and machinists before. They also recommended soaking it in a mix of acetone and transmission fluid if Kroil didn't work. It's worked well for me getting stuck mixture screws and jets out of old carbs.
Use a thin drill bit to cut notches into the head a flat head screwdriver can grab, then you're done. Works 99% of the time, and won't hurt the gun if you're careful.

One time I stripped the screws on my handguard. (The hexagonal ones, not the David star) Anyway I took a dremel and cut a straight line across it and removed it with a flat head. This only works if the screw protrudes off the surface of whatever it’s fastened into. And if you frick up the cutting then it’s in there forever.

Get an extraction tool at Home Depot they're not expensive.
Both Anons are correct. You ever heard of a thing called self initiative... My god,,, try google.
/k/ is google
Just drill into the screw with a fine drill head

tap a flat bit driver of the appropriate size into the stripped bit hole so its cutting into the sides a skootch.
remove screw.
Jesus fricking Christ, who would go through all this bullshit instead of going for the drill from the outset? Is this a shitpost?

My dog can have opened that can in about 2 second.
No it can't your dog is moronic
You are a moronic, I have a lab, and you don't have idea what a lab can do when he want his food.
moron
Frick of homosexual, my dog is probably smarter than 90% of the anon on 4chin.

blessed post
>throw gat in garbage
>buy new gat
Problem solved with minimum effort.
this. guns are consumables. good chance for a new glock!
sell it to some sucker and buy a new gun
I usually use a tig welder, hasn't failed me yet
Choose a bigger size hex key and hammer it in
Use a thin drill bit to cut notches into the head a flat head screwdriver can grab, then you're done. Works 99% of the time, and won't hurt the gun if you're careful.

If screw isn't corroded and you just stripped the head because you're an idiot, #20 drill bit then force fit a T25 torx bit.
If corroded, either use an extractor or put some lapping compound on it.
Skill issue op.
Buy another gun and try again
one time i had a stripped screw that the remover couldnt even get out
i took a dremel and cut two sides of it off. then i used a pair of pliers to twist it out
Depends on how stuck in there they are. I've gotten stripped screws out with duct tape and a phillips head.
Just buy a new gun bro.

>the David star
It's called the Magen David you heathen
I usually just hammer in a slightly larger flat head
weld a bolt on it and then unscrew it.
Undersized driver plus a balloon or rubber band to fill the gaps
Don't be poor and pay some gunsmith to fix it for you.
Drill, baby, drill!
>stripping hex screws
How incompetent can you be?
How to remove stripped screws – 7 different ways
You fricked up.
shoot them out
Just weld the screwhead to the screw bro, what could go wrong
>tried ez-out
>its still stuck
Rubber bands can often help to unscrew fricked up screws.
Hacksaw like I did a few years ago. That was a fun thread.
if you end up getting extractors, get decent ones, a cheap one breaking a part staying stuck in the screw is a huge PITA.
mashing a torx bit in turned out to be the answer
