You live alone in a remote place in the mountains. You can only have 3 firearms. What do you take?
Bonus points for a full setup (optics, lights, ammo whatever else you need) that comes in under 10k.

Ruger Scout in .308, Ruger SP101 in .357, and a Crickett .22.
>Ruger
rust problems though
Have you heard of this thing called stainless steel?
Tikka Tact A1
Benelli M2
CZ USA 75
To clarify A1 may be a bit heavy but I think it will be excellent for static post positions for hunting. Otherwise if I was to opt for more mobility and at the same time bigger game hunting I would go for Benelli Lupo or t3x hunter
AR-10 16-inch barrel
-LPVO or 8x prism site with offset micro red dot
-flashlight (if I'm feeling fancy IR illuminator)
bolt action .338 or 300WM
-high magnification scope
-bipod
Compact 9mm
-flashlight
No "battle rifles"? Where are the tactical beard guys?
Practical rifles are the new hotness with tactical beard guys.
r8 or h8
the mosin wasn't even a good rifle 80 years ago. why choose it today?
commie LARPers, he would also wear the stupid hat with a red star on it
Guns I have or guns I want? Guns I have I'm taking the m&p10 with a Nikon 1-6, my Marlin model 60 and my Browning Silver field.
Both. Just the best fir the job
I only own three guns; a Glock, a 10/22 and a Mossberg 500
Two of these guns in
45-70
308
12g
410 gauge
22lr
223
And a ruger lcp max for personal defense.
Vaccination not required.
Tikka.T3x Arctic .308 with a Leupold 2,5-8x36 scope
Benelli Supernova
CZ 455 Camp .22WMR
Few hundred .308 rounds, a hundred each of 6, 2 and 0 size 12/76 shots and a thousand rounds for the .22.
That's propably under 10k and so the rest goes to weed
A 5.56 select fire machinegun.
It will kill anything you want to eat, it will kill anything that wants to eat you.
Then two more that sit around being spare parts.
Over-under with .308 in upper barell and 12ga in lower with LVPO
Galil ACE in .308 or 7.62x39 with either acog or red dot + magnifier
Ideally FNX-45, but if i can't afford it, but otherwise PX4 storm
>Over-under with .308 in upper barell and 12ga in lower with LVPO
lol
I have one and i love it, it's so fricking cool
Haven't seen one in .308, but over-under .223/12ga isn't that uncommon. Turkey gun.
Barrett M82A2
use the rest of my budget for a Hi-Point Yeet Cannon
>Bonus points for a full setup (optics, lights, ammo whatever else you need) that comes in under 10k.
How are you even going to hit $10k on 3 guns without going full gear queer on everything?
>Winchester 94 in .30-30
>a quality SxS double barrel shotgun
>a Colt Woodsman Match Target model
>an airgun for small game and daily plinking at a rate where even the savings over .22lr would be considerable
good call on the airgun. Since it's not a firearm, add it to
so I don't have to pick birdshot out of squirrels.
Already own an air compressor.
>Already own an air compressor.
PCP airguns can't be filled with a normal air compressor. You need one rated to go up to 3000+ PSI.
damn, didn't think about that.
then frick it, go full preteen on it with a .177 pellet gun you pump multiple times and load manually. Still plenty for squirrel.
AR-15 in 6.8spc with scope and suppressor (hunting/protection)
Mossberg 500 full length with red dot (bird and small game hunting)
Springfield XD-M 10mm (protection)
Bonus if allowed: 10mm conversion kit for the AR-15
AR-15 is what I'm familiar with, 6.8spc is the ammo I'd go with for hunting durr from an AR without compromising longer range self defense just in case, suppressor just to cut the noise a bit.
A good hunting shotgun is very versatile.
10mm is a sweet spot for sidearm stopping powah. Wouldn't want to carry a big revolver if I didn't have to. And it's great in PCCs.
ballpark $4k for the AR with scope and conversion plus a few accessories. Mossberg Field 12ga with two barrels and selection of chokes plus a cheap red dot - $1k. XD-M with light, ~$1k. Spend the rest on ammo.
FN F2000, Desert Eagle .50 AE, Walther PPK
My SAR-1 because I love and trust it
10/22
Glock 17
Dragunov because of love
Mossberg 590 for practicality
Glock 19 for 24/7 carry
Picatinny rail and thermal sight for the dragunov, reloading equipment, gardening equipment and seeds for food production. Lots of ammo, books about foraging and local fauna/flora. Survival knife and other utensils. 20 pair of spare glasses. Antibiotics and an onahole.
Sr25 to stop meat running away
Ksg 12 to stop meat flying away
Flak 88 to stop light aircraft and helos leaving with supplies
How about if I take one gun and I take the rest of the cash and put it towards supplies/gear I will actually need?
tavor 7 20" barrel cause I want one
some combination .22/12ga break action for stuff .308 isn't good for
S&W 629 probably too big but I really like .44 magnum plus it can load shotshells for a backup squirrel slayer
cost:
~$600 for the combination gun
~$2.5k for the tavor, optic, bipod
I actually have a 629 but let's say ~800
~6k left for ammo
I dunno, a .22, a 12 gauge shotgun and a 30-06.
I only own 4 guns (not american), would pick mine 22lr bolty boy, 12 gauge turkshit pump-action and either bersa 22lr or bersa 9x17.
