it looks like a bunch of kevlar, but it's obviously been blown the frick out.
Also no, Zircon doesn't exist, it's a marketing ploy to sell two-stage AShMs to the indians.
Somewhere else. The pic looks like the ass end of the missile. It stands to reason it would have broken up after getting hit. So its likely in many little pieces.
How do we know it's not a stage that got discarded on its flightpath?

Well a boost stage would have been discarded pretty early on. Its meant to get it up to speed so the scramjet can work. It wouldn't have made it all the way to Kyiv. Second,

Yeah info is really lacking. From what I can see, it looks to be a 2 piece design. The booster and the rest of the missile. Not many pictures exist. Most pictures labeled Zircon like

nevermind there is a picture of its first stage booster
there are also titanium alloys that have being proven at re entry speeds too
Are actually the Boeing X-51. There is promotional material that makes it look roughly similar to one though.

Coerced action remains a choice. Even the Soviet Union Putin adores had dissidents who chose Gulag over bending the knee. Armed men in particular have choices.

Those drones cost thousands of dollars each, and that's before you include the munitions, ewar and custom software
Yeah that's still cheap, but let's not get ahead of ourselves and pretend they are cheaper that artillery shells or anything like that
>Those drones cost thousands of dollars each
They are Black person-rigged alibaba drones with a HEAT or an experimental HE warhead, most likely recycled from EoD stashes.
The thousand dollar drones are the ones flying and recording your death and struggle for survival in 4K and even then, they don't last for long (Estimated 4-10 missions before they are lost). >pretend they are cheaper that artillery shells
They unironically are. They have less risk, more precision and more uses than a shell fired from a stationary or S&S artillery piece. You use the shells to stop an attack, you use the drones to clean up the poor souls that would've lived to write a book.
Modern warfare sucks. Can't tell if I should be blaming the U.S or the muzzies for this fricking fiasco.

russians do not show even the faintest spark of human consciousness, or hell - even basic animal self preservation instincts. they wander around, they stare dumbly at the drones above them, they literally shrug at the grenades that land on their bodies, and then they die.
they need to be dispassionately and systematically eradicated like you would a wienerroach infestation.

if I had a dollar for every time kiev was "successfully" struck by hypersonic missiles, I'd be richer than the average oligarch
>ships are sunk
Well, one of the ships is currently slowly capsizing while russians are trying to pump out water from it waster than it gets there. Another one is trying to get towed to a drydock. Both ships as fricked beyond repair.
>one ship visibly listing to starboard being moved to a drydock >other has a huge crater in the dock next to it that a bunker-buster probably penetrated through on its way to strike the hull
Kinzhal is hypersonic as was the V-2, Russia uses the fact their missiles break mach 5 to pretend they have anything like the manuvering hypersonic cruise missiles the west and china are developing.
>Kinzhal is hypersonic
The last Kinzhal intercept by Ukraine was calculated to be at 3.5 Mach, or, somewhat faster than the jet it was launched from. Not hypersanic. >no footage or evidence other than Russian state media exists of any Russian missile traveling at hypersanic speeds
>3.5 Mach
That's 'near' its target (impact velocity is even lower), the iskander is similar. Speed just after its engine burn out is hypersonic but russia is lying by using the most favorable info + an extra.
>by Ukraine was calculated to be at 3.5 Mach
Hits caught on camera look way faster than that, shit glows red hot, idk how fast you have to go to heat up like that but it ain't 3.5 mach.
lol isn't Zircon the "unstoppable" hypersonic missile India was buying the designs off Russia to make their own?
I wonder if Pakistan's Chinese AD is as good as Patriot
All I know is that I heard the sirens a few seconds after the first detonation. All detonations by the sound of it were at an altitude, which is pretty much confirmed by the local media. Falling debree, business as usual. I didn't even look away from my eggs and bacon brekkie 😉
can anyone tell my why every time I see a vatnik claim that they hit ukranian military officers or some NATO-filled building, I only see footage of some residential building collapsed, and rescue workers pulling babuskas from the rubble?
Probably because russia has not hit any military targets ever, and if they did, it was through sheer luck and/or incompetence from the ukranian AA side
They want to terror-bomb the civilian population but they don't want the optics of openly doing so, instead just flagrantly lying about aiming at strategic targets in civilian centres.
No one is saying its fake just that Russia has grossly exaggerated its capabilities like they normally do. I wouldn't be shocked if its only hypersonic after launch and below mach 5 during the termional phase. They did the same shit with the Kinzhal. Turns out its terminal phase is under mach 4.
>I wouldn't be shocked if its only hypersonic after launch and below mach 5 during the termional phase.
Guess someone will be able to calculate real speed based on today's launches. They were launched from Crimea and hit Kyiv seconds after the air alert was announced due to a "ballistic target in the direction of Mykolaiv"
A real threat is something that can cause a good damage/cost ratio.
People don't seem to understand that in ww2 the V1 & V2 attacks on London damage was exagerated because it was so shit relative to strategic bombing and it helped by redirecting german funds to a rocket and not to a heavy bomber in the late war.
The fact that both nato and vatnik side fricked up the idea of strategic bombing by not investing in research in modern ways to do it is a miracle for the planet.
>both nato and vatnik side fricked up the idea of strategic bombing by not investing in research in modern ways to do it
ww2 and vietnam showed that strategic bombing does frick all. the "modern" method would be spamming cruise missiles or tossing a nuke; you'll never see B-52s or Tu-95s doing massed carpet bombings
Is the concept of a variable fuse such an outlandish concept to you Black folk that you can't imagine that a weapon system can simultaneously be able to explode a specific distance in front of the intended target as well as 5m inside reinforced concrete?
Let me guess, the high price point of these systems has nothing to do with their capabilities and is all about scamming teh guberment for shareholder profit?
its a true hypersonic
aka its hypersonic till the terminal phase
not like iskander that is hypersonic till its apogee and goes to supersonic during impact
Russians are firing everything they have Ukrainians. They had around 800-900 missiles a week ago. They are burning through everything. Maybe 100-200 left.
We made one 15 years ago. And unlike this cope zircon shit it actually worked. We didn't actually need a hypersonic missile at the time so the program ended there.
Ukraine says they’re going to make a MILLION drones this year. If they do hit that number and they can’t turn the war around then we’ll have pretty conclusive proof that drones aren’t the new kings of war. The huge majority of drones don’t kill anything, we just get the highlight reels. No one outside of Ukrainian high command knows the actual ratio but get ready to accept that less than 10% of drones are effective at doing something and 90% fail for some reason — shot down, malfunctions, jammed, operator errors, and simply running out of juice before doing anything. Instead of buying a million shells they’re buying millions of drone components so maybe they’re in fact more useful than artillery but it’s hard to judge what’s going on with such tight information lockdowns. I’m definitely going to read the books which are sure to be written about this war and hopefully a real military historian will uncover all this stuff in the future.
>If they do hit that number and they can’t turn the war around then we’ll have pretty conclusive proof that drones aren’t the new kings of war.
Motherfricker, they are one of the most effective tools and weapons a soldier can have on the modern battlefield. A group of 3 guys can take out a tank out of commission from 5km away, behind a hill, sipping on a cup of tea, while doing recon at the same time.
It's fricked. You are fricked. We are all fricked. >The huge majority of drones don’t kill anything
This is fricking cope and you know it. >shot down
Unlikely, they either fly or never take off. They've been constantly doing basic b***h EW for like a year now. >malfunctions
Good thing they are not expensive and you have a shit ton of them at your disposal. >operator errors
Very minimal when all you have to do is land near your target or scout them from above. >simply running out of juice before doing anything
Also unlikely, most drones are reported to have an hour to two hours of flight before they are gone for good.
The one coping is YOU. Last year RUSI put out a study in which they said Ukraine was LOSING approx. 10,000 drones MONTHLY. Read: https://rusi.org/explore-our-research/publications/special-resources/meatgrinder-russian-tactics-second-year-its-invasion-ukraine
You have a skewed view of reality, you think the highlight reels posted in /k/ is an accurate description of reality. The REALITY is that Russian EW — which isn’t even that sophisticated, just relatively plentiful — is stopping that many drones. READ: one major EW system per 10km of front is responsible for stopping 10,000 drones every month. It’s just not reality to you because you DON’T see the hundreds of videos which are just the camera fuzzing out and going blank. That’s the reality of these shitty alibaba specials. I don’t know if the ratio is still that bad since they’ve had a year now to deal with the EW, but the FACT IS that drone production in Ukraine is going WAY WAY up, but kill feeds aren’t anything remotely like the numbers of drones being produced, are they? Just use common sense stop being a willfully ignorant sucker.
The wars of the future with be fought with AI controlled drone swarms. EW will be required for advancement. AI drone swarms WILL be used to control civilians.
You know that meme that an airplane or tank can enforce law if the government wanted to take over? Drones can.
Drones are a scouting unit, a harassment tool, and a way to pick off isolated units after a break in an offensive. Drones are basically the unmanned modern version of light calvary
Looks like US gear they love woven carbon fiber, kevlar and aramid and it also looks too expensive for ruskies. Stuff also doesn't look fast, epoxy resin would just burn up.
it looks like a bunch of kevlar, but it's obviously been blown the frick out.
Also no, Zircon doesn't exist, it's a marketing ploy to sell two-stage AShMs to the indians.
>moronic and the bait post are separated by a minute
organic
another part
Shouldn't the thing be utterly obliterated at impact if it indeed goes mach 9?
it doesn't
It technically did about 11,000 KM/h based on when the launch was detected and when it reached Kyiv
I doubt it goes Mach 9, but at any rate it was shot down by a Patriot so it didn't hit the ground at hypersonic speed anyways.
>it was shot down by a Patriot
Where's the warhead?
Somewhere else. The pic looks like the ass end of the missile. It stands to reason it would have broken up after getting hit. So its likely in many little pieces.
How do we know it's not a stage that got discarded on its flightpath?
Well a boost stage would have been discarded pretty early on. Its meant to get it up to speed so the scramjet can work. It wouldn't have made it all the way to Kyiv. Second,
doesn't look like a solid rocket motor to me.
Is the scramjet part used including during the terminal phase, or is there another separation? I'm asking because there's so little info on this missile available.
Yeah info is really lacking. From what I can see, it looks to be a 2 piece design. The booster and the rest of the missile. Not many pictures exist. Most pictures labeled Zircon like
Are actually the Boeing X-51. There is promotional material that makes it look roughly similar to one though.
I don't know what point you are trying to make.
we literally have pictures of the demolished building
we have ukraine saying that the building belonged to the sbu
nothing else has being reported as hit
and yet here we are with you claiming that they got intercepted while clearly they werent
And I'm sure you can prove that
yes you can scroll up and see kyiv post picture
where did you saw ME posting fake infographics?
>no it's not ME, it's that other semi-literate poccnr fanboy
>it's fake because I say so OK???
no, not ok
and yet here i am
saying that they look the same but you somehow forgot to mention this
dont tell this to me they are the idiot that claim that the building was in such poor condition that debris from a 4.5 meter missile somehow demolished the whole thing
in any case
https://www.kyivpost.com/post/30030
Article says they were shot down. We then see pictures of never-before seen boosters/rockets clearly shot down
explain the leveled building
>Not according to russian milbloggers
>no links no nothing
>sat picture from hours later shows the craters and no ship in danger
gee i should believe the ukranians once more
Read the article Vatnik. They shot the missiles down and falling debris hit buildings. SAM's aren't made of antimatter. The debris has to fall somewhere. If its over the city its going to hit the city.
homie you do realise that you are actually claiming that falling debris from a 4.5 meter missile somehow LEVELED a building
am i correct on what you are claiming?
you can SEE ON THIS VIDEO
https://t.me/vitaliy_klitschko
that parts of the structure Columns ARE reinforced
so explain to me again how falling debris managed this
and i wont even mention the building code here
>am i correct on what you are claiming?
No sars please dont redeem. One of these days you morons will learn how to speak english.
you must be american i can smell the basic vocabulary from the moon
Yup, guilty as charged. I'm a white American. Keep seething.
Cope more homosexual, there's 3 separate sources that 3 ships were hit:
> https://twitter.com/RifatGalip/status/1771669319916675443/video/1 video of 2 russians literally talking about the ship in front of them having it's rudder fricked and the whole thing having caught fire
> https://twitter.com/tweetforAnna/status/1771922035360330208 Russian blogger thirteen crying in an audio message that ships were sunk
> A russian media outlet also confirmed it. "The 312-foot-long Ivan Khurs reconnaissance ship was ‘hit by two missiles at once’ in the annexed naval port Sevastopol and heavily damaged, according to Russian media outlet ASTRA."
In all the past hits on ships we got next-day sat pictures from pro-ua OSINT guys clearly showing holes in the ships / them being partially submerged.
Why is there no such thing for this instance?
Are you some type of moron or something? The satellite photo shows scorch marks on the pier, the other ship is clearly listing, and multiple Russian media reports have confirmed the Ukrainian claims of a hit. Also there's other satellites showing damage.
dude please stop not a single missile hit the ships nothing is listing the landing ship was inside the smallest drydock and we know this because the drydock lifted all the sand around it
jesus fricking christ give a rest already
We aren't even sure if the satellite images themselves are showing the Yamal, which is the claimed to be hit. Also where is the Ivan Khurs in this image?
>There are some unconfirmed suggestions that the image above shows the Azov being moved into dry dock, while the other vessel is another Ropucha class landing ship, the Konstantin Olshansky. That leaves the status of the Yamal unclear.
https://www.twz.com/news-features/ukraine-situation-report-claims-swirl-around-strikes-on-landing-ships-in-crimea
lol so the image that ziggers are passing off as proof of the ships not getting hit is from a completely different part of the port, and likely shows at least one ship that's not even the one of the two Ukraine claims to have hit
https://twitter.com/Aviation_Intel/status/1771971180460912930
please tell us where the frick any ship is listing here
unless you think that the shadow of the ship is somehow making it list
The Kyiv post article doesn't say that the sbu building was hit. The picture shows an apartment that was damaged
Typical Zigger BDA:
>There's a hole somewhere in Ukraine so the strike must have hit the target
But we know they're fans of the idea that "any hole's a goal"
Russian munition CEP
as i said here
he literally made his location visible by mistake
which ship is listing anon?
>ship has a huge hole 5 meters from it therefore its sinking and in bad shape
are we going to disregard that the drydock has a HUGE crater and missed the ship or not?
>ship has a huge hole 5 meters from it
Storm Shadow's warhead is literally designed to penetrate more than 5 meters of reinforced concrete never mind a flimsy floating jetty
Pic related is how these jetties are constructed. It's a hollow steel structure
no thats taurus with its 2 stage warhead
in any case you can see that the crater is huge and spherical so the damage to the ship isnt significant since the pier absorbed all of the energy
storm shadow uses the BROACH warhead, which is also two stage, the main benefit with taurus is the fusing options and a few other things
>no thats taurus with its 2 stage warhead
Congratulations, you've outed yourself as not knowing what the frick you're talking about
We all suspected that was the case, but thanks for confirming it.
we also have you posting faked infographics
I think there needs to be a warhead/relevant crater found to conclude that this was a shot-down missile.
Right now the official word is one was shot down, and another hit a different building but the SBU was targeted. Nothing I said is inconsistent with that.
homie the whole thing is 9 meters even if we assume that the second stage is 4.5 meters that still cant bring a building down just by its debris get real here
It flyes at ~M 4.5 according to ukies radars. An intercepted missile loses most of its energy in a few hundred meters.
>if it indeed goes mach 9?
it's probably well under mach 5 by the time it reaches terminal
> Assembled with flat head screws.
>flatheads
>Zircon hype-sonic missile
Doubt, carbon fiber resin isn't going to play nice with 1,000c+ temperatures.
this:
why do i feel nothing when i see this
Either you have been desensitized by exposure or you think they want to be there thus deserve it.
I still feel bad for mobiks because they chose none of this.
I don't know, man. Believing in the innocence of Man only goes so far. If these people don't start looking around them and acting beyond petty self interest or aloofness, they're going to start getting treated like animals, because what's the difference? It's not like the outcomes of following the rules and playing hero differ, either.
The same could be said about us several times in the last 50 years.
>invaded Vietnam
>invaded Grenada
>invaded Panama
>invaded Iraq
>invaded Afghanistan
>invaded Iraq
If invading places is only bad when you take heavy casualties then invading isn't morally wrong.
If everywhere we invade has is coming and everywhere Russia invades doesn't you have brought into propaganda.
If we aren't having a civil war to stop our government invading places you can't expect others to.
>we
who you trying to fool with this "wot about usa" bullshit?
I get your gut reaction is "it's different when we do it" but it isn't. We invade places to replace governments with ones that are willing to meet our demands and Russia does the same.
>but we don't annex them
It doesn't make a functional difference to the outcome and makes for better optics with people like you that would rather not think about it.
>We
>we
Black person, when usa annexed an occupied territory of a sovereign nation?
when usa tried to eradicate a whole nation?
Ignore it, it's using whatboutism to validate its own barbarism. Next he'll start talking about how native Hawaiians or the Cherokee are proof America is just as evil and twisted.
i oppose both. what's your point?
You are one of the good ones anon, I have no problem with you.
Vietnam and Iraq 2 had massive sustained protests that DID ultimately result in a change of government. Now, Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama did not exactly live up to expectations. But Americans did change their government in response to those issues, and foreign intervention remains a controversial topic
Don't expect non Americans to understand American talking points. Funny how he conveniently ignored your post.
Lmao I think you got your presidents mixed up there with Jimmy Carter, my American friend.
You could make it a Canadian and a Brit, Irishman or Australian and it would also be perfect.
>Canadian
already on the left?
They're both Canadian. Really would explain the leaf seethe over America tbh.
Black person you do get why no one b***hed when the first chechen war happened?
I guess ppl that time considered its an internal incident.
On top of that during that time Economy for many countries were picking up those that left the USSR becomes hot targets for western powers, China just opened its doors and the huge vaccum in power influence left after USSR desolved.
>missing the point this hard
it's maybe the only war russia has fought during its entire existence as a sociopolitical institution that has been morally defensible.
lmao there it is
>WHUDDABOUT
>invaded Vietnam
Uh. We were invited to South Vietnam. SEATO.
Might as well add ROK, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and pretty much every other US base we use as part of foreign security arrangements too if you are gonna count that one.
Now Laos otoh...
The option to decline the obviously strategically indefensible Viet Nam war existed. Read about Matt Ridgway and why Ike didn't take the bait.
>us
this is relevant in every single thread
>If everywhere we invade has is coming and everywhere Russia invades doesn't you have brought into propaganda.
very organic poster here, totally not stuck in some shithole in india being paid to troll
>everywhere we invade
don't recal when Pussia invaded Grenada, Panama, Iraq
The US didn't invade jack shit in Vietnam you worthless fricking /leftypol/ frick. It was the wonderful liberators who invaded South Vietnam and then went ahead and imposed concentration camps and purges around the country.
Also learn to type english before posting here you swarthy frick
> WHATTABOUT MUH STRAWMEN??!
> WHATTABOUT MUH FALSE EQUIVALENCIES ???!!!
Go. Frick. Yourself.
No we wanted to annex all those countries. Luckily they stopped us. It is not a false equivalency.
> "annex"
(You) don't know what this word means. Stop using it, and go repeat your ESL certification.
Also,
> Panama
(You) fricking moron. Panama was a U.S. territory for 99 years, and then the U.S. helped them become fully independent and sovereign under treaty obligations ... after constructing the Panama Canal and giving it as a gift to Panama.
(You) *REALLY* are one stupid poostain.
Panama was never US territory. We leased the Canal Zone.
At least three of those had culture-defining protest movements and the others were quick slam dunks
>I still feel bad for mobiks because they chose none of this.
A-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha, no. Most are there voluntarily in one way or another. No, saying "waaah, they said they'd beat me up if I didn't go" is not an excuse.
>I still feel bad for mobiks because they chose none of this.
They, and the rest of the Russian populace, didn't choose to change their system and their rulers. I have no sympathy for them.
Coerced action remains a choice. Even the Soviet Union Putin adores had dissidents who chose Gulag over bending the knee. Armed men in particular have choices.
A Muslim would fight. A Muslim would do Green on Blue and resist unto death. Russians just submit.
I feel bad for the better mobiks that are truly conscripted into being there. The ones who are 40 to 50 years old and are mobilized because they were conscripts decades ago when they were 18 and could easily just frick off to some dump deeper into Russia to dodge it I don't care about.
They are LITERALLY invading the sovereign, foreign soil of another country and using military weapons to murder the people who live there.
Yeah, they deserve it. Most of them don't suffer enough, but so long as they end up dead that is at least a small consolation.
T Z D

They could have longsince stages a mutiny, yet they have done frick all. Turns out mighty Puccians are all just a bunch of submissive pussies. Sheep willingly going to the slaughter house.
Because they're russian. No one cares about russians dying, not their government, not even their fellow countrymen, or their supporters. Hell, not even their families do. They are worthless cattle, bred to be sent on meatwaves for their dictator, as it's always been the case. Russian lives do not matter.
>That fricking "sassy nigress" dance
We can only hope she was among those slain by ISIS.
Speaking of, does anyone know the gender ratio of the victims of the Crocus attack? How many vatBlack person incubators got misogyny'd to death?

>We can only hope she was among those slain by ISIS.
That's he FSB branch of ISIS is it? The KGBISIS run by mullah putin?

I don't care who kills her but SOMEONE has to do it.
She will loose he daughters as well as her sons before she dies alone.
I would disown my mother if she started posting shit like this
I feel groovy, i love prodigy
had this on when i opened the link
same with me, 2 years of dead Russians.
I used to be a Khorne berserker, Blood for the Blood God!
Now, I'm dead inside
Growing up is accepting that Malal is the best choice out of all of them.
this shit has successfully demoralized me out of reenlisting. modern war is the total humiliation of man, where a $150 unfeeling machine dissects you on camera live for others enjoyment. while you crawl and struggle and scrabble around in the dirt with your guts falling out. all of these people had people that loved them and loved others and now this. its disgusting.
Just don't be infantry and you can enjoy the mecha stand battle future
>They are Black person-rigged alibaba drones with a HEAT or an experimental HE warhead, most likely recycled from EoD stashes.
Yeah, and they cost thousands of dollars each
A single Shahed is 200k american for fricks sake and its literally just a lawnmower engine, a 3d printed copy of a drone body from 1970s Germany, and a raspberry pi
>200k
No that’s what the per-unit cost was of one order from Iran. The mass-produced ones made in Russia are going to be much less.
>The mass-produced ones made in Russia are going to be much less
Year ago I was told that Iranian Shaheds cost $10k. Now I'm told, while Iranian Shaheds cost $200k, Russian Shaheds will cost $10k
>Yeah, and they cost thousands of dollars each
The FPV drones are not that expensive anon, why the frick do you think they're mass produced?
They cost 5k at most and that's for the top tier stuff.
Seriously, what fricking type of tech do you think they have? They are mostly home-made shit, with a b***hass OS and a wire that detonates the warhead.
You really have to be mentally ill to not comprehend just how cheap these things are.
>Modern warfare sucks
I'm absolutely sick of drama prostitute Black person homosexuals like you. No, dying in chlorine gas is not better than FPV drones, starving to death is not better than FPV drones, dying from cholera is not better than FPV drones, dying from arrows is not better than FPV drones
yeah but it was kino for a moment between the dirty old days and modernity
>dying in chlorine gas is not better
Hasn't been used in eons and you can at least do something to survive such an attack.
>starving to death is not better
You are fricking moronic. Passing out from exhaustion and succumbing to the elements is a fricking great way to go compared to getting your head caved in by a drone and slowly bleeding to death while your eyes bulge out of your skull.
>dying from cholera is not
>Cholera being an issue
We are not in 1910s trench conditions anon and even then you often got swapped or died in a charge before you even knew you had cholera.
>dying from arrows
Honestly, I'd rather die from being pelted by arrows than this bullshit. At least you HAD (medieval times) a chance of surviving said attack.
You are a moronic fricking Black person and I hope you get castrated by a fricking home-made drone.
thousands instead of hundreds doesnt exactly make me feel better about the prospect of getting eviscerated by one
You're 10x less likely to be eviscerated by one.
Unless you're a particularly juicy target that skews the statistics.
>amble about aimlessly
>lie down
>die
russians do not show even the faintest spark of human consciousness, or hell - even basic animal self preservation instincts. they wander around, they stare dumbly at the drones above them, they literally shrug at the grenades that land on their bodies, and then they die.
they need to be dispassionately and systematically eradicated like you would a wienerroach infestation.
actual nightmare fuel. i cannot imagine the political or social uproar if at any point in the 30+ years of desert wars a NATO and NATO allied group of soldiers were slaughtered this way on a daily basis.
wild that russians don't care.
>wild that russians don't care
They haven't ever cared how many of their countrymen die.
It's what they do.
>wild that russians don't care.
You're looking at a country that has had a secret police for 500 years that tortures and kills you for caring
I don't like everything the US does and the attitudes they export but still worlds better than fricking Russia
Russia leads the decadent West in self-cremating dead soldier technology
>the flinch right before impact
damn that's a sick ass Firestarter remix
>That one at the end where the man burns to death from the inside out.
Frick, well that's a new one.
Is it just me, or have they started to focus on munitions that just outright kill the Russians now instead of just wounding them with shrapnel?
>outright kill the Russians now instead of just wounding them with shrapnel?
To be fair, wounding a mobik with shrapnel is almost a death sentence

zircon
well basicly all the high hypersonic missiles are flat (high=above mach 5)
Mach 5 is generally considered the lower limit of hypersonic not high hypersonic.
i said above for a reason tho
i could argue that it might be its booster but we havent seen apicture of its booster yet
but its scary really to think that zircon actually works
so they can launch it from the other side of the black sea to achieve its maximum speed of mach 9 and still they wouldnt be able to do shit about it
the total failure of arrw programme shows that usa must catch up quickly to the russians
I doubt it's zircon and if it is it's not capable of hypersonic cruise.
500 F is considered high temperature resin and the carbon fibers themselves will oxidise at about 1,600 F.
well russia doesnt have anything that could reach kiev from crimea in mere minutes
you could say kinzhal or whatever its name is but its not really a true hypersonic its basicly supersonic at its final stage
>in mere minutes
Are you just assuming that timeline or has Ukraine released radar track data?
osint defender confirmed it nobody he asked were able to confirm that the sirens were in use when the missiles striked
so yes it was to say the least below 7 minutes(thats my calculation that i assume a mach 5 from the furthest point of crimea to kiev)
it was an opportunistic target
Or maybe their radar just never saw it or the chain of command was slow in getting the sirens on this time.
I don't think "it's a hypersonic made of materials that can't handle hypersonic termps" is the Occam's razor here.
>made of materials that can't handle hypersonic termps" is the Occam's razor here.
what?
what kind of materials you think they made them lol
Inconel X, the thing that has been proven at hypersonic temps.
nevermind there is a picture of its first stage booster
there are also titanium alloys that have being proven at re entry speeds too
nice boeing waverider render you got there
they literally look alike how am i suppose to know
They look nothing alike are you fricking blind?
do a 180 on the pic and call me back
also the top right is literally on the air force website kek
https://www.af.mil/About-Us/Fact-Sheets/Display/Article/104467/x-51a-waverider/
they even managed to attach it to a B52.
>it's a "anon learns that Patriots can be set to automatically engage any target fitting a criteria" episode
the fricking sirens are different holy shit
>osint defender
I live in Kyiv, the sirens were turned on ~10 seconds before the first intercept
i mean your buildings are pretty decent interceptors i must say
You know that the missiles fell onto Boychuk art academy and someone's backyard, right? Either they were intercepted, or ru missiles literally can't hit the broad side of a megapolis
>the missiles fell onto Boychuk art academy and someone's backyard
uhmmm, piggies? lawn status?*~~*~~*~~
in the ass
>ass status?
Grass.
I noticed lately that the narrative shifted from "Russians are indiscriminately bombing civilian targets" to "our AA is successfully intercepting missiles and the damage to civilians is caused by falling debris". I wonder why that is. maybe because the Russians were already established as monsters and now the authorities want the citizens feel secure and that the government is capable of protecting them from barbaric Russian attacks
because they DO bomb civillian targets. But at the same time missiles DO get intercepted. You just don't know how a proper impact looks like
>narrative shifted
Nah, you're just a homosexual. Both points are valid.
you don't use accurate munitions to bomb indiscriminately
both statements can coexist
3 minutes since launch to Kyiv
I wonder who's behind this attack. let's not jump to conclusions
if I had a dollar for every time kiev was "successfully" struck by hypersonic missiles, I'd be richer than the average oligarch
The Ukraine did not confirm the Russia ships are sunk, see, Ukraine failed as you were told!

considering all the evidence, i think we can say - in all honesty and despite all objections - that the ass is indeed located in the ass
>ships are sunk
Well, one of the ships is currently slowly capsizing while russians are trying to pump out water from it waster than it gets there. Another one is trying to get towed to a drydock. Both ships as fricked beyond repair.
But the Ukraine did not say it was sunk as it is demonstrated
>
>that the ass is indeed located in the ass
That is obvious! But the ship is fine and on its way into port as was shown.
thx for the update
none of the missiles hit their targets quite literally
Not according to russian milbloggers

> "The Ukraine"
Daily reminder that no footage or evidence other than Russian state media exists of any Russian missile traveling at hypersanic speeds
I didn't even look away from my eggs and bacon brekkie 😉
sorry jeet, I don't speak moron. Please rewrite your post if you want an answer
nah we both know you understood quite well you just cant gaslight anymore since your own fricking goverment contradicts itself
your own fricking soldier pulled a reddit squad 2.0
>you understood
nope. fr, your post is hard to read
can anyone tell my why every time I see a vatnik claim that they hit ukranian military officers or some NATO-filled building, I only see footage of some residential building collapsed, and rescue workers pulling babuskas from the rubble?
VatBlack folk lie as naturally as they breathe.
Poojit shills are fuming about this because their government spent BILLIONS buying this hypersonic tech from Russia
Love to see the scammers getting a taste of their own feces for once.
i bet all these "hypersonic" missiles just cruise in-atmosphere at blackbird speeds. zircon's advertised capabilities are most unbelievable of all.
Sirs, how many decades does this put back the plans for Superpower status?
China has such a massive technological advantage in Asia it's unreal
So the ships really did get a royal asspounding with cheese if I read the incessant shilling about a "leveled" building right.
How many Boris Johnsons died this time?
>Zircon being fake
Ukrainian military journalist says it's real

>Zircon
Can someone remind me what type of magical puccian wunderwaffle is that? They have so many of them I lost count.
IIRC it's their AShM """hypersonic""".
Cut down Kinzhal as a booster, with a scramjet airframe strapped on the front carrying the warhead
its a true hypersonic
aka its hypersonic till the terminal phase
not like iskander that is hypersonic till its apogee and goes to supersonic during impact
It's the one they never show pictures of.
>PATRIOT shot down a hypersonic
uhhh. MAD bros???????
thank god they censored jamal's busted-ass fence and gravel roadway, otherwise this very special defense information would be compromised
Russians are firing everything they have Ukrainians. They had around 800-900 missiles a week ago. They are burning through everything. Maybe 100-200 left.
Why can't the US make one?
We made one 15 years ago. And unlike this cope zircon shit it actually worked. We didn't actually need a hypersonic missile at the time so the program ended there.
this looks like a tree wrapped in a rug from a meth house
I’m definitely going to read the books which are sure to be written about this war and hopefully a real military historian will uncover all this stuff in the future.
most likely they will not reach production targets
always how it goes everywhere
