I happen to have made a pizza (if you can still call it that) myself today. One that fills the entire baking tray and will serve for several meals. I calculated the macros and price:
Total price was a bit over 12 euros for about 4 meals, so 3 euros per meal.
        Roughly 200g fat, 300g carbs, 200g protein, 3800
kcal in total or 950 kcal per meal.
        Oh, and it's gluten free.

The key is the sauce, all the store bought sauces are watered down bullshit that you can't even taste after you cook the home made pizza. The key to good home made pizza sauce is you need to put in tomato paste, you have to concentrate the sauce so you can actually taste it after you cook it.
