Lmfao and you think redditors don't like muh heckin ZPAP?
They're both good OP, I own both. ZPAPs are a little heavier and use Yugo furniture and optic rail. WBP is standard AKM style and really nice
>expensive for what it is >non-AKM pattern furniture >AK sights are not amazing to use and you need a sight tool >meant to be zeroed in meters, not yards which most ranges are set up around >not heavy recoiling but more than a .223 >x39 isn't that cheap anymore >way more annoying and expensive and awkward to mount optics
Honestly if the Yugo AKs specifically tickle your pickle, then buy it because if you like it you'll train and shoot it more than a gun you think is lame. But if you're new to guns you should undertstand ARs are popular for a reason. You can get more gun for your money and be able to afford mags, slings, lights, optics etc much more easily. It is way easier to learn to shoot well. It is lighter and literally every part can be customized to your liking. Good mags are CHEAP and they're also just really frickin good mags. You are not too cool or too special to buy an AR15, and owning a less common firearm is not a substitute for skill or personality.
Now if this is your FIRST gun ever. I'm going to tell you what you really should buy is a 9mm handgun so you can carry it and train on cheap 9mm ammo, and those skills will translate well to rifle shooting later. And I'm going to tell you the wisest choice in that regard would be a Glock 19 or Glock 48, both of which you are going to insist you are simply too cool and special and smart to buy.
>Good mags are CHEAP
Recently seen shootout of some boomer with ar15 and police.
ar was constantly jamming on him after every couple of rounds so in the end cops shot him since he had to concentrate on getting his shitty gun to work instead on survival. If he had ak derivative he would have at least taken couple of cops with him.
That's what I'm saying.
If he had just bone stock yugo ak there would be no jams to deal with in the middle of shootout with police.
What good are all customization options when you end up with unreliable clapped out thing built mostly to just look cool.
Maybe just know what you're doing before you build a firearm? It's as simple as getting the right gas and buffer if you're not using some kind of mystery meat BCA/radical firearms abomination. And if you are, you can't afford an M70 anyway lol
stop being a snowflake and buy an AR-15 homosexual. I have 2 AKs, both Yugos and enjoy them but my ARs are both objectively better guns. >more mechanically accurate >less recoil >more ergonomic >easier to mount optics and better sight options >lighter >cheaper
Buy fun guns once you have your basics. There is no reason aside from "I just like it, bros" to own an AK in the USA in 2023.

Buy the AK OP....
AK's make Liberal Democrats SEEEETH.
zpaps were never 500 bucks. npaps/opaps were but iirc a lot of them were built with factory leftovers and kind of sucked. Then again $1000 today was like $600 20 years ago. So the people buying AKs for 500, 600 bucks back in the early 2000s weren't paying that much less for them.
It's a good gun but its Serbian which offends tourists on this board
Yes buy whatever you like as long as you buy ammo and train with it.
Zastava's is pretty fricking dope. You won't be disappointed
Is there any reason to consider the WBP Jack?
Ledditors coom for the WBP, that should tell you everything

>a gun you can build piece by piece wasn't working in the hands of an idiot
Gee, couldn't have been he used dogshit components, fricked up the gassing, and/or never lubed it. I'm guessing this was a <10.5" gun too?
Also, shit happens
That's what I'm saying.

>t. Spengler-pilled anon
Yes, though it's not actually an AKM cause Yugos gottta be fricking weird about everything.
you have to go back. Get a wasr homosexual
It’s a very heavy AK, honestly look for a deal on a PSA, they also come with very good triggers, where as my Serbian m92 trigger slaps
Get a Wolff XP ak recoil spring for your m92, it will fix the trigger slap.
Why aren't these things $500 anymore?
Supply and demand
WRONG, DOLLAR HAS LOST A LOT OF VALUE YOU ZOOMY FRICK
