There's also a new fully DIY hybrid 3D printed 1911 slide and barrel design for .22 now, called FossWerks 3D11, it's in beta currently but available for download.

They include a full gun barrel model and jig in the files, the only thing you have to provide is a .22 liner, which is cheap and trivial to get at least in NA and many parts of EU.
Brownells sells 26” of barrel liner for like $25. If you are a euro or a mega israelite you can use any steel or iron pipe of the right diameter. Brass pipe would likely do also. The only downside is no rifling, but it’s not like these are for precision or distance.

.22 Deagle is maybe a month away from public release. It is in heavy beta testing right now across many creators and users.

the creators hope that it will be a platform to build off from towards higher calibres, given the current built is total overkill for .22lr
