Would you pay for an ammo subscription?

Is it better to stock up in one go, or buy a little bit every month?

it really depends on the rate im paying and at how much im getting. Im not going to pay 200 yearly for one box of any ammo type a month

America was better when Applebees had a 30 minute wait every night.

They can be the most mid ass fricking riblets and wings ever, if they let you have as much as you want frick it

I don't know about the riblets and wings but I liked the pork sandwich I had a couple years ago. I forget what else I got but I went with someone and we split our sandwiches 50/50 and I liked them. I don't have expensive tastes but it wasn't bad; I've had much much worse. Go some day for lunch.

With the prices of fast food these days, applebees and red robin, five guys even, aren't that much different price wise but quality wise are much better.

plus they aren't staffed by fricking illegals like all of mine are

Yes. It’s not fine dining but it doesn’t pretend to be. Their 2 for $25 or 2 for $30 ends up being a ton of food for not that much. It’s pretty good food too

"Fine dining" is over rated over priced pretentious shit anyway. Gimme a couple platters of tasty sloppa for $25 bucks. Its better food than places like Mcdonalds which will cost you the same amount.

If i could get 1500 dollars of ammo for 200 dollars then yes. if i could get 1500 dollars of ammo for 1499 then no. Im pretty sure which way they're gonna price it

I think they would offer such a deal if they made you go to the range to pick it up since the average gun owner hardly ever shoots their guns

        >pick it up
or rather made you shoot it all while you're at the range

I mean, it depends on the sort of ammo you are getting and how much. If I paid $200 a year for an ammo sub that lets me get $30 of any kind of ammo a week? Yes. But if you start getting into expensive calibers that would get you like.. 20 rounds. Still worth it, if you are getting $ 1500 worth of rounds for only $200. Even if they are your most jank ass, cheap trash ammo of any kind of round.

Ammo subscription is a great idea. Ammo prices are so volatile and it'd be nice to hedge that

Im considering splurging a frick ton on ammo, and reloading supplies and fricking off to a shack innawoods and never buying again. Im wondering how long its gonna be before shit like 5.56/.223 is a dollar a round.

        >Im wondering how long its gonna be before shit like 5.56/.223 is a dollar a round.
IDK but I thought it was bad when Cabelas was selling 150rds of greentip for $89.99 (~$0.60 cpr). Now it's $99.99 (~$0.6666 cpr). Online at the moment (for Winchester Greentip) is $539.99/1000 (~$0.54 cpr) at cheapest, shipping rating 7/10 on Ammoseek. Cheapest free or CF shipping is $549.50/1000 (~or $0.55 cpr). And my cpr is rounded up to nearest dollar WITHOUT tax or shipping included. It sucks dick. Every fricking time I get the money to shoot more and want ammo that isn't .22lr or 9mm, we're in a low point and suddenly the price shoots to the fricking moon.

I havent looked in a while at bulk deals in my area. Sometimes when the prices go up, the fudd gun stores dont keep up and I can still find buckets or cans of ammo on their shelves reasonably priced.

    no

I've adopted a warehouse model of ammo supply. I keep my stock topped off as I see good prices. Whenever I go shooting I just grab what I want to take and go, then fill it back up as is convenient. and a growing pile of reloading components.
