Will Saudi Arabia replace all of their military equipment so they can join BRICS?

Will Saudi Arabia replace all of their military equipment so they can join BRICS? I don't see how they can do it when they depend on the US so heavily for weapons

What's the point of joining an Anti-US economic bloc when the US has you by the testicles still?

The funniest part of BRICS is that they barely have any leg to stand on, whilst G7 has some sort of basis for being part of it (i.e. high GDP western nation) what even is BRICS? What do Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa have in common? Two in the group hate each other, one is barely a country because there's no people to actually run it, another is collapsing because they're in a war of aggression and the first one dines on monkey.

Saudis are a slave state that has enough money, instructions, and built infrastructure to kick out all the slaves, and live with a fully pampered middle class, that doesn't require a military at current levels.

    >Iran keeps F14’s flying for decades under sanctions
Saudi’s will never have that level of sanctions, they’ll be able to keep their stuff running. They might have a mix of western and Russian equipment like India, though

Why do brownoids talk about BRICS as if it were some kind of military alliance akin to NATO? BRICS is an economic forum, there are defense obligations or stipulations about military purchases.

Brazil and India need to align West but they HAVE to get their (sometimes literally) shit together.
    Leave BRICS.
    Pakistan and Iran can join.
