This is my office, this wall has another units entrance/door on the other side.
Is it possible that anything will leak or come thru (water etc) this wall from the other side entrance?

yes
no
possibly
Thank you
what the frick are you even asking? if anything can come under the wall because the trim isn't flush on the ground? the baseboard is entirely cosmetic, flush or not it is not what keeps water out lmao
Yes I mean can it come thru the wall easily? I'm not sure how thick the walls are.
it depends
Yes. Actually under the wall.
The stud wall probably is nailed to the floor the two share in commmon, so spills can flow under that base 2x4 between rooms.
>other units
Could be a firewall made of concrete. Thing is, OP gives very little information and expects accurate results. Therefore OP is of the gay persuasion.
Will that happen easily though?
There is an outside door on the other side, last winter I don't believe anything came thru under between the walls. Just paranoid about stuff coming over from the other side.
is that actually the case? not op but i was considering laying a bead of caulk on the gap between the baseboards and the floor because theres not a quarter-round installed at my house. i figure insects and shit can scurry up into the walls or whatever.
I can't believe how stupid the people that frequent this board are
