They got bought out by Freedom Group, who promptly fired everyone and used the name to sell shit tier bargain bin ARs. Bushmaster meant something in the 1990s and early 2000s, but in the end they were a brand to avoid like the plague.
To their credit the fired employees went on to found Windham Weaponry, which is pretty decent and underrated.
This, 90s Bushmaster was good. Windham is old bushie. Post buyout Shrubmaster was shit. I worked at a FFL, we got more than one shrubmaster in from the factory with missing parts. One was missing a grip screw that nobody noticed until a customer picked it up and it promptly went flaccid in his hand nearly breaking our counter. Another FFL in our area received a shrubmaster that still had a live round in the chamber after test firing. Went through packing, shipping, sitting at a distributor, and shipping again while loaded. Otherwise, they had the same issues that new bargain bin ARs have, parts don't fit right and usually need a little hand fitting. Or parts gall and don't come back apart.
pre-cerberus bushmaster made great value firearms that even ended up killing some russians when they invaded georgia, i fricking love my XM15 F2S 20" HBAR, that thing is so fricking sweet

That's not what "put 20 gays in my mouth per day" means in this context.
homosexual zoomer detected. Back then it was recommended to stick to ABC, Armalite, Bushmaster, and Colt.
By who? Isn't this what was used in newtown?
Wat was Newtown
It was when that guy murdered a bunch of elementary school children and we stayed on the bad timeline.
They're the only ones on the market who still makes 7075 handguards at a reasonable price but I don't know why they're trying to sell the ACR for 6k
A bushmaster is what an aussie calls a bloke who tops a shaggy sheila
>Typical Australian contribution to a discussion about guns
