Russia isn't good at disinfo either. Look at their primary strategies: it's all money and lies designed to flatter contrarians and firehose of falsehood. It's the most simple strat possible and they have to outsource half of it while being so obvious about it that not only is it immediately recognizable but you're able to discern how badly they want something covered up by its intensity.
