Unless administered by a flight surgeon for ferry flights and long missions where speed is a much safer stimulant than headache-inducing caffeine. I've done both and the speed was back when crystal was made by enthusiasts.

The Air Force doesn't use "go pills" anymore. Getting an amphetamine script will disqualify you from air crew btw, but not the military as a whole
