The easiest way to keep private security loyal during an apocalypse is to have a very remote compound, build decent worker housing for said security personel, and make it part of their contract that they and their family have to live on site during their "deployment" at the facility. What we want and what we are able to deal with are two different things unfortunately. I'm not aligned with the elite, but I know given my survivor, they will have to be bartered with after the catastrophe regardless of how much it hurts to acknowledge that notion.
The aim I have is to be the better that subvert the potential overhang of their hubris and evil in that 10k kingdom to come so that Good, pure good, aligned with God may florish in the world. That maybe even their powerful but corrupt descendants might be converted by the pathway of self-evident if I and others can merely persist the Virtues of mankind into that era.

The easiest way to keep private security loyal during an apocalypse is to have a very remote compound, build decent worker housing for said security personel, and make it part of their contract that they and their family have to live on site during their "deployment" at the facility.
