Why are Taiwanese army hilarious bad?
>mandatory conscription is only four months compared to 21 months in korea
>workers paid like shit and are inexperienced
>indigenous military technology is SEA-tier
>has to buy old tanks and planes from USA even when everyone tells them to invest in asymmetric warfare
>spends money on even more useless shits like an Landing dock ship
seriously do they even try at all or expect us to save their ass? you can't seriously tell me with all the money they got this is best they can do
this is the most low-effort bait thread I've seen in weeks
>non arguments
you should've saged
Fine, let's look at the last time the PLA invaded a Taiwanese island: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Guningtou
>The M5A1 tanks employed by the ROC forces on Kinmen proved to be effective in countering the human wave attacks employed by the initial PLA landing forces, which were mostly composed of light infantry.
>ROC tank crews who had depleted their ammunition used their tanks as road rollers to crush PLA infantry
>1949
oh boy
>"AAAAAAAAAH! DING DONG BING BONG! PING PONG DING! AAAAA-"
>*CRRRRRUUUUUUUNCH!*
>road roller
mudamudamudamuda

Seems like the fate of all bugs is to be crushed by heavy machinery. Sad!
Walzen ist billiger als MG!
MG ist billiger als Kanone!
Nice Javelin copy
Only took ya 30 years to knock off the javelin! Now show it against APS
The ROC Navy tank landing ship ROCS Chung Lung (中榮) was anchored near the PLA's landing site on October 25, and used its significant firepower (2x2 40mm guns, 6x1 40mm guns, 8x1 20mm guns) to destroy beached PLA landing craft, again made up mostly of wooden junks and fishing boats, during the battle. Chung Lung was supposed to leave on the evening of October 24 after offloading its cargo, but remained, offering an official excuse of "bad weather". The unmentioned real reason the ship remained in the area was that it was running a side business of smuggling brown sugar from Taiwan island in exchange for peanut oil. However, there was not enough peanut oil on the whole island for the deal, so the ship was forced to stay for another day while waiting for more peanut oil to be produced, making it the accidental hero of the battle
Kinmen isn't a Taiwanese island, it's a part of Fujian province under Republic of China control. The vast majority, if not all of the ROC troops who fought at Guningtou were mainlanders.
Might be bait but he is right. The 4 month conscription has been running for 10 years now. So the reserves are filled with essentially untrained people
How trained you need to be to fire at commies attempting to drive to the beach?
If this were 1949. But now the commies are the 2nd richest country in the world. Its going to be raining PGMs, 50 cals from attack choppers and CAS, rocket artillery, naval artillery, the 25mms on the amphibious vehicles, and whatever else China wants to throw at them
homosexual

PLA is worse
Imagine red Taiwanese beaches littered with corpses of PLA soldiers
Is the Strait of Taiwan populated by sharks? I feel like with all the corpses burying or burning them wouldn't be practical, so just dumping them in the ocean for fish to eat would probably be better.
and a ching chong ping pong nip nong wong tong long fong dong dong to you as well, young lady
There's a reason Taiwan spends on ships and planes and missles and ignores conscripts and logistics - if they are stuck in a long term conflict, they're either fricked because blockade, or will have the US aid them. They need to win the short term war, and what tins the short term war for them? That's right, SHIPS AND PLANES AND MISSILES.
>They need to win the short term war, and what tins the short term war for them?
Warm bodies opposing a Chinese landing. Which they don't have.
Its not 1914 anymore
There's more then enough volunteers to defend against a first strike. If PRC manages a foothold, Taiwan's fricked no matter if they have 100000 men or 1000000 men.
And let's be real, Taiwan's not going to counter invade the PRC.
>Taiwan's not going to counter invade the PRC
Derete this
The greens have a solid majority now, communists crushing HK democracy ruined the blue's reunification plans. The population wants Taiwan to be independent.
>democracy
>Sunflower color revolution
We're gonna be seeing a whole lot of threads like this until Pelosi's back home again and the CCP congress is over, aren't we?
His name is sharky and he feeds on communists.
Meanwhile, Russian dead are dog food.
Russians are envious that Ukrainians get a military funeral when the only thing they get is a bag of onions for their family after they fricking croak lmfao
They are still Chinese and their government wisely recognizes the fact that training will be wasted on them.
So they teach them how to wear the uniform and that is as good as it gets.
Sage
It's a pity they can't dump out the Ukrainan and reuse the uniform.
A pity for the Russians. A tragedy, even.
>Taiwanese army hilarious bad
>chinks still won't dare to invade Taiwan
Why are your English terribly bad, Dong Wang?
Because that is all they need to defend against China.
>Why are Taiwanese army hilarious bad?
Because the only thing they need to be prepared to fight is a bunch of unmotivated incel bugmen
What's up with all these very organic pro-Chink threads? I've seen at least 4 of them and I'm only scrolling through here every now and then.
pelosi is going to taiwan tomorrow and china has screeched in protest more than they ever have before. china is either forced to back down in shame from its sabre rattling or provoke war with the USA
ahh, got it, thanks
If pelosi starts a hot war with China I will actually reverse my opinion on her completely.
they're getting dabbed on by the demonic crypt keeper nancy pelosi is
It's not just here they even pop up on PrepHole of all places
So, do the chinks have any kind of military or weapon testing experience? For example:
>NATO countries
>not much conventional experience, but still did stuff like the gulf war, afghanistan for 20 years, etc
>sells/gives weapons to other countries, like the HIMARS, which they didn't use much and can really evaluate it's performance
has china been doing any of this? Do they essentially have an entire army of 0 experienced people using technology they're unsure of?
>inb4 muh sims and training
not the same
they lost to vietnam 50 years ago
To be fair, who has won against Vietnam in the end?
No one.
They sold a SAM system to Serbia a few months ago.
They're incredibly open about how they expect America to just defend them.
