Once was a dementia patient in her 80s who thought she was in a town a hundred miles away and was asking for directions to the railway station (lol we don't have one). The other was the milkman knocking on the door to apologise for dropping the milk and breaking it.
I suppose in America I'd be legally required to shoot both of them.
