I'd say Yemen. The laws are kinda fuzzy but de facto they are probably the most permissive country.

Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Oman, the Gulf Countries, (if you are an Arab).
They let you own fully auto AKs and you can NEET for life off of oil money welfare while imported labor works the menial jobs
Honestly, sounds like the closest thing to paradise.

You can own guns one way or another in almost all countries in the world.
Question is rather what you can do with them legally.
In europe there are, to my knowelege only two or three countries that allow guns for self defence.

      >In europe there are, to my knowelege only two or three countries that allow guns for self defence.
It's more complicated than that, AFAIK most countries have laws about proportionality of force used. That basically means that you, as a defender can only use lethal force to defend yourself if you're 99% sure the other guy is actively trying to kill you. Even then, if you had other options than to kill him, running away for example, it won't be considered a justifiable use of force and you'll be charged with manslaughter or something
There are a few based countries, like Czechia, which acknowledge that to effectively defend yourself, you must inherently use disproportionate force. But even then, there are some limits on that and you can't just ventilate a guy for trying to punch you

Czechia really is an exception to the rule. When there was some crazy boomer shooting up a pub, it led to police reform, not gun-grabbing. Then years later, literal schizo shoot up a waiting room in hospital, it resulted in talks about mental healthcare, no gun-grabbing. And finally, few weeks ago a drunk moron threatened hospital security with legally owned Vz-58, and shot in the ground. Again, no gun-grabbing coming from that.

As far as I’m aware you can’t carry for self defense in Switzerland or Finland tulsi they shouldn’t even be on the list.

        >Switzerland
Theoretically possible, although non-issue in practice for the average citizen.
        >Finland
Impossible. Finland is quite unusual in that there is quite simply no recourse in neither statute nor law that allows carrying (as distinguished from simply transporting) firearms concealed in public as a private citizen. Whereas other European states which overall have much stricter policies on firearms tend to have a license to carry in one way or another on their books, such as France, Portugal, Sweden and Germany, CC hasn't been a thing ever since 1998.

Curiously, there is still a large amount of firearms licensed for personal defense that were acquired before 1998. Carrying them is no longer allowed, though.
