Not really surprising if you're not a city type or if you are you've at least seen them up close and took note. They're big animals and they have a lot of contact with humans. And they spook kinda easy even if they are domesticated and have tons of human contact.
I'd vote for coyotes or plain Ole feral dogs. One of either I'd almost never a real threat to a healthy adult man. They're pack animals though and as the numbers and fear of humans go down the risk ramps up fast.
You're right. Coyote deaths are almost nonexistent, but dogs kill tons of people every year. I had to fight a 130 lbs aggressive dog once to keep it from mauling me and goddamn, dogs can be a lot stronger and more vicous than we give them credit for.

gotta agree with this anon , was not expecting cows to be so dangerous when I heard about it years ago but it makes sense in hindsight.

not common at all in the grand scheme of things. lots of fear mongering about it. from videos I've seen, the rabid animals look more like they're losing control of their motor skills than turning into some attack creature. they have bad balance, fall over, and just spin in circles. should be pretty easy to avoid animals like that.
That’s a swan you dummy not a Canadian goose the wing flaps of a Canadian goose just really hurt but won’t break your arm >T. Been hurt by a Canada goose

Correct however a Canadian goose *would* kill you if they *could*.
Why are Kangaroos so oddly human in musculature?
I saw a video of two males fighting each other in somebodies campground, couldn't stop laughing because it looked like two roided up gymrats fighting each other and knocking over fold out tables.
Marsupials in general don't seem like they belong on earth.
I encounter them regularly grazing on walks with my pup a lot of the time if you're walking through tall grass or crops you wont notice them until they pop their heads up a few dozen feet from you.
The trick to not aggrivating them if you catch their direct attention is to sort of crouch and remain relatively still until they calm and resume a non-threatening stance, at which point you can, while staying low, be on your way.
As far as i understand it they only really attack humans because they naturally assume an upright stance, which is seen as standoffish, aggressive behaviour among Roos, and aren't necessarily hostile so long as you exercise caution and move properly.
i came across a herd of wild horses once. i grew up with horses so i knew a bit about the way their herds work. horses just see you as another horse which is good and bad. good because your not a threat but bad because they will bite you as a way of saying hi. i was pretty careful and would have booked it if one of them pinned their ears at me. seemed like they were pretty used to humans. probably wanted treats. got give them some pets before they went about their business.
Most kangaroos are giant pussies and will run if you get within 100m of them. Others that are used to people are very chill, almost too chill. I cracked one with a golf ball once cause the dumb c**t was sitting on the fair way and I suck at golf. He hopped 20m away then laid down again like nothing happened. Still, wouldn’t want to corner one, they’d probably frick you up if they had to.
Aren't they dangerous when you encounter them in water like OP's picture? I've seen 2 pictures of them like that, and both times they look too comfortable there.
Imagine being wrestled down by a 5'10 kangaroo buck -- an animal that has chosen to kill you rather than rape you (thankfully) -- and drowned by it with no remorse.
Their claws are nasty but they’re not really known for their upper body strength. Probably not going to wrestle and drown a full brown man. Those back legs tho, they’ll ruin your day.
migth be a risk of getting kicked similar to a horse
the tail is pretty strong but so they could probably just jump forward and wrangle it out of your hands
You are 100% spot on. They are comfortable and dyed in the wool killers in water. They retreat in, and when a predator swims up they hold them under and drown them. They are 6ft plus tail and balance on it easily. They kill a lot of pig dogs that way, a person too, if you were dumb.
I feel like you could have a good go at freaking out a kangaroo by shouting and waving your arms. I'd avoid making fists because boxing is his game, better to just freak out its strange deer-like noggin with silly shit. If all else fails, call it a Black person and punch it square in the teeth, but only if you really have to.
It's cows, seriously google it , at least for north america, these bovine off more humans then any other animals

see I always thought one feral dog was a threat but even several coyotes wouldn't be.

Now imagine you just said that about a 130lb man and feel ashamed
Men don't have the ability to bite through your arm moron, lol.
make our board better by ignoring obvious trolls
I could bite that little twig you call an arm off with ease
>I'm a troll because you're a massive pussy
lol ok
You can bite thru just about anything if given the time.
If a cow kills you, you deserved to die.

Post barn.
moose
it's called a pole barn, actually.
How common are animals with rabies? Does it depend on the region? Talking mainly about the US.

Canada Goose. A wing flap can break your arm.

That's not saying much - so would most animals.

Fake news, Big Swan is lying to you

They were literally bred to attack weiners.

probably horses. I have never seen a horse attack a human, but I have seen it kill a pitbull through bites
