    A Polish P-64.
I did ultimately sell it for a profit, but the hard-ish to find, relatively pricey ammo, shit trigger, and snappy recoil made so that I never enjoyed owning or shooting that pistol.

One of those "Pre-64" Winchester model 70 Featherweight .30-06 rifles that wasn't actually built prior to '64. It just mimicked the features of the older rifles while cutting corners with manufacturing and materials.

It was a piece of shit that broke several times in several different ways over the course of about 1000 rounds fired.

most fudds that buy those things put like 5 rounds through it per year.

        Anonymous

Yeah, I realized that and traded it in for a Carl Gustaf model 1900 sporting rifle from the 70s (pic rel, same model) which has so far operated flawlessly with no breakages over some 3500-4000 rounds. My only complaint is that the barrel is starting to wear out on it and now it's spreading to around 1.5 - 2 MOA. But it was 50 years old when I got it, so the round count is probably at least in the 5000-6000 round range. I think it's pretty normal barrel wear for a .30-06 rifle.

You can buy Antonio Zoli. Zoli used to make copies of M1900 and their current rifles are basically newer versions.

same as the M40, I figured Steyr learned from its mistakes, but no their pistol still sucked balls.

    > MSAR STG556

I’m a newbie who got into guns around late Summer of Love about two years ago. I turned out to become a panic buyer and did the most basic amount of research to decide on a VP9, but the closest I could find was a P30SK and I didn’t want to order online because my nogunz brain couldn’t figure out how to do it. Then I ended up regretting getting a compact and found a P30S online and ordered that. Now I have two P30s in my possession and I’m too deep into the sunk cost fallacy to sell either of them. I have an endless supply of excuses for why keeping both of them isn’t absolutely moronic. Maybe I’ll give one away to a family member in a few years, for now at least I can take comfort in the fact I have two half decent carry pistols

the fact you bought a p30 over a VP9 is a good thing.
The fact you have an p30SK is also a good thing now that they have actual capacity magazines. Its now an extremely comfy deep conceal pistol and i wish i had one also.

Sorry about your p30S though, shoulda got the one without the safety, you might even still be able to change it if you buy the proper parts to plug the hole.

oh right, if you actually paid full price for them then yeah get fricked. Learn to search pawn shops to buy the most overpriced guns in the world at normal prices.

frigidaire 1946 but the barrel shroud and receiver have been recut and milled to accept m2a1 hardware. The barrel extension has also been replaced and married to the bolt and buffer assembly. That way the quick change m2a1 barrels will actually interface. Screwing in a ma duece barrel and manually setting the headspace is ass. It isn't hard, it's just ass. Literally frick ove' gloving a red hot m2 barrel off with your fricking hands and the tiny as wire holder. Quick change barrels are literally the only way to go. I traded the m2a1h and a case of mk2 grenades bodies for this m2 (basically an m2a1 after the upgrades). ISSC m22; before the g44 came out, I wanted a cheap glock-like .22 to practice with. That thing was on average 50% misfires no matter what I feed it. Sub ammo wouldn't feed at all, standard would jam up. Even CCI minimags would only cycle 75% of the time. I got the feed ramp polished, but even after 500 rounds it couldn't go through a 10 round mag without 2 or 3 failures. Eventually I traded it in to my LGS for more than it was worth new. I feel bad for whoever got that POS. Hopefully they figured out how to get the thing to work.

Arex Delta L. It was a piece of fricking junk that kept giving me headache after headache. Don't get me wrong, I think the pistol LOOKS cool and it feels AMAZING in the hand, and the trigger isn't half-bad either; but holy shit the upsides in no way justify the downsides.

    >barrel hood was peened and beat to frick by the slide
    >then ironsights became loose out of nowhere
    >then brand new sights ordered DIRECTLY FROM Arex did not fit and required hand-fitting from a gunsmith
    >Even then the front sight was still too loose and had to be peened and red loctited in place.
    >and then the "striker ready" indicator broke off TWICE, leaving a big fricking hole in the back of the endplate.
    >and then the screws for the optics plate stripped themselves upon first removal.
    >and then it was a b***h to find a holster
    >and then it was a b***h to get in contact with the manufacturer
    >and then if you want any additional magazines or parts they have to be imported directly from Slovenia

its a great gun thats held back by moronic eastern-euro mindsets and corner-cutting

Forgive me father for I have sinned

My third glock feels like a bridge too far. I’ve never even shot two of them.

The umarex mp5 22 was utter trash

Ruger mk3. Had to use a hammer to disassemble

Having something that predated cerakote called green T or some shit applied to a west German 226

Thanks, I was totally enamored by the idea of an mp5 but realized that a basic Ruger 10/22 would be more practical. What do you think?

Heavy as all frick; front heavy because muh collapsing stock and "suppressor". Looks kinda cool though. Zinc receiver like it's a pellet rifle or airsoft gun. I think the shroud can be taken off if you want it to look moronic.

10/22 would be way more practical IMO. Great hunting rifle. And if you ever want a suppressor and want a normal looking 10/22 that will work with one, I recommend you look at these models which have threaded barrels and barrel bands:
        ($300)
        (Bass Pro exclusive, $340)

A fighting knife. It looks cool, fits my hand but it's too large for concealed carry.

S&W 40VE 1st gen before the "sigma" series I bought in the late 90's when I was young and broke. The thing would go full auto when it felt the urge among other things. Not as fun as it sounds when you don't know it's coming.
