Value usually (but not always) has very little to do with objective quality, and almost everything to do with what people simply prefer and want, and in the realm of firearms people prefer and want aesthetics above nearly everything else. Most gun owners won't admit it, but it's true. Generally speaking, people guy guns primarily for aesthetic reasons
