The 5.56 is very lethal, the AP rounds as well. 308 / 7.62x51 has better range and armor penetration, but the recoil makes it harder to hold tigher burst groups. You need to have some muscle to hold tight groups when you handle that JUICY BULLET.
I’m a huge fan of semi auto 308, I’m a big guy so the recoil doesn’t bother me at all. If the PSA Sabre 10s are decent I’ll probably switch my home defense over to one of those in the near future. And I think for individual use .308 and .300 BLK are probably the superior choices for the stoner platform. For WW2 sized conflicts 5.56 has a lot of merit, but for people individually it’s a different story. So I don’t disagree with his overall conclusions, but his reasoning behind them is moronic and overall the video is just one of these laundered ads for Sig where they go behind the scenes and pay one of those of intermediary companies then the company pays the content creator to avoid disclosing the payment.
