I think it’s a good idea because it’s a very non conHispanicuous firearm you could put literally anywhere. Would it be my first or second choice in a self defense situation? God, no. Is it a “nice to have” item? sure, if you want it >t. doesn’t own a life card
>I think it’s a good idea because it’s a very non conHispanicuous firearm you could put literally anywhere. >Selling point is a short OAL when folded >Said OAL is much longer than it's competitors for a ~170% markup in price.
Uhhhh...
people always say this but can't come up with an actual real world use case.

Uhhhh...
>make a pcc that's even uglier than the hipoint carbine >make it less compact than the sub2k >charge three times as much as the two aforementioned guns combined
what the fuck
i can maybe, just maybe, see someone who would want this over a sub2k because a sub2k is harder to fold with an optic but the S&W completely BTFOs that. It might be a really effective suicide gun if they let you fire it while the top is spun around
i can see some gun designer who knows jack shit about guns and whats actually on the market thinking this is a good concept. then successfully pitching that idea to clueless investors.
I am genuinely curious how a company gets so full of themselves that they charge like this though. The S&W FPC is superior for 1/3rd the price. The main selling point of the Pivot is its short OAL when folded, but the FPC shits all over it there too. Was the company just unaware they had competition who beat them to the field at a significantly lower price point?
either enough people buy the lifecard to fund this madness, which is something i quite honestly don't buy, or this company is a pet project of a rich dude who had a couple silly gun ideas. I genuinely do no believe this company could stay afloat on its own.
Looks like we found the new shill product of the week. Despite this thing having been covered by Leviathan a month ago we get multiple threads on it today. I smell yarmulke.
made by the same people who made this other monstrosity
>Disguising your gun as another high-value target for thieves/robbers
I legit can't think of any benefits this could provide

hes talking about the life card
Level 1 ass weapons
>Make unique folding pcc
Cool I guess
>$1795 MSRP
lol, lmao even
Wow. It's like a Kel-Tec Sub 2000 but 5 times the price and somehow 5 inches longer in its "compact" form. Very cool.

what the fuck
>sub-2k except bigger, heavier, probably worse, and waaaay more expensive
Why.jpg
The designer of that piece of shit was seething and coping in youtube comments of people criticizing it
it's 2023 how are people still doing that shit lmao
The Kel-tec sub2k and S&W FPC are 1/3rd the price and both more compact and probably better made too.
Keltec Sub2k
>MSRP 578 (32.2% of the price)
>OAL folded 16.25"
S&W FPC
>MSRP 659 (36.7% of the price)
>OAL folded 16.375"
Pivot
>MSRP 1795
>OAL folded 20.9"
>Looks retarded
Who does this appeal to? People who don't realize the Sub2k and FPC don't exist?

you forgot the Ruger PC Carbine which is a full-on takedown and still cheaper.
>For when you absolutely positively have to sweep every motherfucker in the room, accept no substitutes.
Ehhhhh, that does kinda look cool in a novelty kinda way. Definetly not $1,700 cool though...

>person sees thing
>makes fun of it
>its uhhhhh da jooz!
>the stock sticks out too much for storage
>to fix that, let's put a hinge on the gun... over here!
This is all my fault, folks. I wished more companies would do weird stuff like Kel-tec and now we're being overrun by hideous sub2k knockoffs.
A piece of shit for notrainings who can't hit shit with a handgun, like all PCCs.
