I like the idea of more ERA blocks like the soviet line of tanks because the urban survival kit era looks very clunky. Also having an extra turret wouldn't hurt because Vehicles are detected via thermal signature rather than silhouette, so who cares how large it is as long as the thermal signature isn't too much bigger.

155mm gun that can rapid fire like an MG42 and is crewed by disabled people with 100% no hearing. Radio orders are transmitted in through electric shock collars

The conflict in Ukraine has already shown that tanks are no match for 1980s anti-tank technology. Nobody is prepared for DJI shitting out millions of cheap drones with shaped charges, that can sit and wait for a tank to drive by before flying over to do a top attack.

Anti-tank weapons are good at killing tanks? Ohh wow, who would have thought

Then how come nobody is advancing in Ukraine without tanks?

its still the best weapon for them to fire on the move to attack, since they lack CAS

I think we can clearly see the direction tank design is heading from stuff like AbramsX, the panther, and that frog tank.

      >focus on sensors
Pretty obvious, the goal has always been to improve SA since WW1
      >large caliber gun
Only KF51 has a large caliber gun
      >secondary autocannon for dealing with drones and urban combat
      RWS are not new anyway.
      >organic integrated ATGM/drone launchers
Meme exposhit. ATGM and drone platforms are better used on other vehicles rather then taking volume in the tank
      >APS
      Not new
      >Unmanned turret
Only AbramsX has an unmanned turret

Doesn't the kraut tank have an unmanned turret? Idk about the embt.
I also forgot to mention the armata which in concept is supposed to have most of these features. Too bad that it's shit IRL.

Abrams suspension can't hold any weight. It's barely can handle Trophy. This is why you see them with Trophy and ARAT only on fashion shows
