What is a good substitute for nails? Like normally, or at least previously in my life i would use my nails to shove in between my teeth to give them a little rock and clean out anything between them. Nails are the perfect thickness and previously the perfect strength and flexibility.
But apparently in trying to diet i've given myself a ton a deficiencies and my nails now suck and can't defeat teeth.
So, what would be a good substitute?
