My dick
Anon be realistic, his ass would be like a hydraulic press and would mush your dick into a pancake
>doubting the dick
Gun that shoots hydraulic presses
T-800s have a partially Coltan (Tantalum probably) chassis for heat resistance, probably reaching about 3100K or so which is about the temperature of a thermite fire. You might not liquefy or ignite them with thermite but you'd soften and deform the chassis so much that it would stop working and plenty of its electronics would vaporise long before you reached that point.
So, an anti-materiel rifle with incendiaries sounds like a good start.
AP .50BMG would probably punch holes in it too of course.
This is presuming I can't use stuff like .50 BMG rifles or military grade incendiaries. As shown at the end of T1 you can dismember its limbs with simple pipe bombs and the outer layer isn't armored, just lab grown human tissue. If I had some prep time I could feasibly cripple it with one or two presuming I could surprise it. After that it would be easier to keep lobbing further pipe bombs at it (or thermite, as suggested).
Failing to do that, using a molotov to light it on fire would quickly damage the skin/clothes it has on and make it much harder for it to remain undetected (it would probably get into an altercation pretty quick which would lead to the police fighting it too).
?t=185
The outer layer isn't armored, only the skeleton inside is metal. Human flesh doesn't do much to protect against explosions at close range.
>Junkyard Scrap Magnet underfloor at choke points to slow it down
>API 50 BMG or AP 12.7 and/or 14.5 if you're not in the US or another Western country
how man molotovs or fougasse mines would it take to bring it down?
.50 wadcutter
got it
If it's an Ahnald model: lmao just dig a hole, conceal and wait until the bumbling heavy thing falls.
If it's a Patrick Swayze model: lmao just take refuge inside a walk-in fridge bro.
>Patrick Swayze
How dare you.
A HK GMG with HEDP rounds.
A Phased Plasma Rifle in the 40 Watt range.
go to the nearest army base.
Tell them a terminator is after me, and to put me in a holding cell. Tell them to use .50 BMG to kill the thing.
Even if they dont believe me terminator now has to go through an entire military base with hundreds of armed troops to get me.
Police force may not be able to get the terminator with their pistols but army will do just fine with larger caliber and AP boolets.
Military bases aren't just full of guys walking around armed, and MPs (who are most likely to be armed at all) only have a sidearm on them. Big dakka is locked up or unavailable to immediately use. If you're in the US it's unlikely their vehicles even have munitions stored internally. They would have to call for support from elsewhere while meantime either getting weapons out of the armory or trying to use vehicles to run him down, probably getting slaughtered in the process. Domestic military bases aren't combat-ready like that at all time.
Well I figured after first roundz were popped they'd get something heavy and tracked from the motor pool.
Yeah, uh... they're jsut gonna call the cops to drag you off to the drunk tank.
>tell them what to do
ok moron
A large truck might do it. But you'll need it to be able to switch into reverse fast enough to crunch him over a bit. Alternatively a metal-tracked bobcat, but it'd be tricky if he's shooting at me. I do think the guy going to a base or natty guard armory is onto something, but there's equal chance that they'll just see you as a nutter and turn you over to the local police. I'm sure if you tried to "rob," Fort Knox or sprint into Area 51 it'd do the trick. Or they might just shoot you.
Glock fawty
500lbs of tannerite and a Sporterized Gewehr 98.
M7 with armor piercing rounds
I'll never not think it looks weird that american soldiers have the flag reversed on their uniform. Yes, I know why, but it still looks weird
You and me both, anon. Guess we're just gonna have to cope, because that change is something like twenty years old at this point.
Canonically, it's possible to kill a T800 with 50bmg to the noggin. Shouldn't be so bad.
Moar dakka.
Pipe-bombs are proven to be effective if detonated close to the terminator, so you could probably chuck grenades and other explosives at it with pretty good results
>close
it was inside the chasis
I saw this movie on TV when I was like 6 and that stupid robot motherfricker scared the shit out of me for a good half decade. I kept imagining it appearing at the end of dark hallways or hidden behind the shower curtain.
or something in .300 magnum, .338 lapua, .400, .50bmg, etc
A large truck fricked up the first t800 pretty good.
Do it again and again.
not really, just busted the ankle
the rest of the damage was cosmetic: scraping the skin off
which would make it impossible for it to move around in public
>again and again
until it's a crawing piece of shrapnel, at which point members of the public would start shooting it
case closed
>Dont make me bust you up man!
is that the me underwears guy?
A Taser.
barely good enough to deal with random street thugs, what would it do to a T-800 unless you are also an android?
>40W
great for frying a single shrimp if you can spare a couple of minutes
>phased
All you need.
earlier today I watched a video of a rifle with a caliber so big that it punched the armor through the gel manikin and kept going. Through the manikin. literally through it.
I don't care if shooting it puts my 265lbs 6'4" frame on the ground; that's stopping a terminator.
M829A4 from an L/55 gun.
45 ACP
Phazed plasma rifle in a 40 watt range
M1911A1
guns?
Glock 45 longslide with laser sighting, SIG MPX 9mm
If I've got ridiculous enemies after me, then I can have ridiculous guns to defend me.
You know, that thing makes me wonder: has anyone ever made a gun where the bolt is attached to the stock and you basically collapse the stock to put the gun in battery? Basically like a straight-pull bolt action but everything aft of the chamber all moves together.
Sounds like something Kel-Tec would do.
A Barrett, naturally
Sarah one-shotted a T-800 with a Barrett in the 4th or 5th movie. Just blew its core out. You could realistically just lure it to an open area and shred it with .50 BMG before it can close distance.
She was using raufoss rounds wasn't she? I remember fire shooting out of the bullet hole.
Pretty sure that was because she hit his core/reactor. Either way, Raufoss isn't particularly great at penetrating compared to straight steel core FMJ. If you can kill it with Raufoss, it shouldn't take many more FMJs to kill it as you punch half-inch holes through a man-aized machine.
>core/reactor
Fuel cell, Arnie says that's what the t800/850 has in the third movie, two of them in case one suffers damage. Supposed to carry enough power for them to remain active for I think he says a little over a century.
raufoss is specifically mentioned in the Sarah Conner Chronicles, but I don't think they mention it in Genysis
on their first encounter, arnie got incapacitated by a 12 gauge pump shotgun. i feel like the most important thing would be getting him off guard. itd have to be a public area unfortunately because nobody is ninja enough to effectively ambush arnie in a quiet, isolated area, but blast him off his feet, close in, and blast his head until it's gone. you can also just blow him up somewhere secluded but i think it'd be easier to explain your situation to the cops if you had a decapitated android to give them and i dont think anyone here has the resources to get quality explosives in time while being hunted
(1) fly to foreign country
(2) when turdinator tries to fly to the country to kill me, he will be unable to bypass metal detectors
(3) eventually he will be slain by forces more powerful than me
(4) I will be very drunk just in case my plan fails and he arrives
This relies on having a pretty significant headstart though; if the terminator makes it to the airport before you're actually in the air then your flight is going to be grounded and you're going to be stuck on the plane while he blasts his way through security on his way to you.
>sitting in passenger lounge waiting for flight
>terminator shows up, guards try to stop him
>terminator goes ham and starts shooting every Black person
>use the fact that now every guard in the place is most likely going to be trying to stop the 6 foot unstoppable cyborg to go down to tarmac and steal some sort of flying contraption (you do know how to fly right anon?)
after pondering it a bit, I could forsee the turdinator kidnapping some important person and using him as leverage to gain access to you
Sorry I'm the future leader of the resistance ant Doris put full metal dink back on I wanna remind him he's a capitol joke to me.
You know what would be cool tho?
Terminator gets you on the most wanted list so he has the feds trying to catch you too. Maybe the caryel/mob while we're at it. Be bretty neat where terminator and anton chigura are in the same movie
>Terminator gets you on the most wanted list
All it takes is a T-1000 assimilating the identity of the right person and it can happen.
Why hasn't this been explored in a terminator movie ?
Arnold actually has to hunt his target through town cities mountains jungles across the entire planet, learning and becoming more self aware and human along the way. I'd pay to see that. Better then the last few of them. Pic related
I would try to put the terminator in a situation I could drop it in an ocean trench. There I Go I've set myself up for a sequel set 50 years later when the tin man finally climbs out of the abyss and comes looking again. Of course he will have lost the entire living tissue exterior and is severely drained from the tons of pressure it had to struggle against to get out of there so now its slow and full of weaknesses and has gone insane because it's AI brain had so long to just fester and rethink the big questions of its own existence. Sorta like david from aliens covenant. and with that we go full horror movie with it
Any reason why he didn't buy a Barret?
He could have come to the past with a book that had all the know results of sports matches.
Then he could have won enough money to afford a barrett .50 cal.
>He could have come to the past with a book that had all the know results of sports matches.
Do you not remember his conversation with the police? Biological material only, that's why him and the termie show up naked.
What if he had it rolled up in his prison pocket?
Paper is made of trees, biological material.
And clothes are also made of plants, but they both still show up naked. Reese is very clear that "nothing dead" will go back.
records of history from before the war was spotty
its why skynet could only narrow sarah connor down to the name, time period she lived in, and city and the terminator had to kill the sarah connors down the line from a phone book
it was also not something they planned, at least before the post-3 movies retconned it
in T1, sending a terminator back to the past was its last ditch effort to preserve itself after the resistance captured its main base
and the resistance just sent john back to wherever the terminator was sent
the real mistake was not sending the T-1000 to kill sarah connor since it was much more effective an assassin
The t-1000 didn’t exist until the first terminator was sent back pushing cyberdines research further
>the real mistake was not sending the T-1000 to kill sarah connor since it was much more effective an assassin
it was explained that skynet was afraid of the t-1000. skynet didnt want to use the t-1000 at all because it was far more independent than the t-800 and capable of learning by default (by design, to allow it to actually impersonate people) making it a bigger liability for going rogue. even sending t-800 was a desperate move because it was already losing, sending t-1000 was the last last resort because it was dead anyway
Depends on which terminator
>loadout
40mm bofors
>strategy
40mm bofors
The terminator is a near perfect masterpiece. It would be a perfect film with one flaw: They did not complete Lt. Traxler's arc. He was supposed to have believed Kyle Reese in the end and handed him the revolver he leaves the station with, but it was cut for pacing (which was a good move when you watch how slow the scene is).
If they had figured out how to show that he came around somehow and were able to also keep pacing, the movie would be the absolute pinnacle of cinema. Oh well.
