War Thunder doesn't do prototype stuff unless it is actually built and shown to the world. There is a reason they removed the Tiger II 10.4cm, Panther II, Maus and the Panther chassis SPAAG.

        I replied to myself accidentally.

Checked, but "removed" is a strong word. Players who unlocked those vehicles can still play them so you see them often enough (especially Tiger II 10.5s and Panther IIs), while the Maus is available for research around anniversary time to anyone who's reached rank 5 in Germany (all you gotta do is put at least 1 point of research into it and it'll be there for research and purchase even after it's removed for the anniversary), so around October-January you see a glut of them, too.

I wouldn't be surprised if Japan had a secret nuclear weapons program. At the very least, a plan to start pumping out nukes at a moment's notice with facilities and people ready to go.

It has been said Japan has been 'one wrench turn away from nukes' for about 50 years. They could very easily get one going in a short period of time.

It has been said Japan has been 'one wrench turn away from nukes' for about 50 years. They could very easily get one going in a short period of time.

is true and they are a de facto nuclear power, a secret nuclear program would be pointless and in fact counterproductive. How can you deter your enemies if your deterrence is a secret? Nukes aren't some ace up your sleeve you pull out when the enemy is invading you. By that point, you've already fricked up.

Because it's an open secret. No way could Japan convince it's population, or justify to the global stage why they should be nuclear armed, but stockpiling the plutonium and developing rocketry for civilian purposes let's them dodge the fiasco in a "I'm not touching you, I'm not touching you" way while giving some pause, as they can build it in an instant if they are given proper justification.

I'm sure Japan will be the ones to discover how to make more compact and powerful batteries then they'll mass produce an army of Gundam. They don't need nukes, si they can focus on other kinds of stuff

Japan & Germany are both considered to be countries who could build their own nukes in an extremely short amount of time. Both are extremely advanced high tech economies who for historical reasons have shunned large military developments. But the technical skill is there.

I'm pretty sure the US and China are both working on cloning and other genetic experiments.

China being absolutely immoral and without ethics, I'd say they are fairly far advanced along the bioengineering line and all sorts of sick shit that can't be revealed. They have been harvesting organs for sale for decades so nothing would be too surprising with them.

Supposedly the Chinese have been doing quite a bit of illegal experimentation with human cloning.
Also a shitload of sketchy and dangerous worth CRISPR-edited retroviruses, aiming to create bio-weapons capable of ethnic discrimination so that the viruses won't severely affect the Han Chinese, but will be deadly to other ethnic groups.

wouldn't that just lead to all the other countries suffering but then getting vaccines and deciding the Han Chinese have to be exterminated?

My money is on the idea that multiple countries are researching literal magic. One day, someone's going to open a dud missile in a future war and find it's being guided and powered by a homunculus.
