I think any caliber below the 14,5x114 mm round should be banned, both in self defense and in warfare. I'm a strong advocate of self defense anti-tank rifles and I think it would be funny.

From the filename I'm guessing it's the patent drawing for the South African anti-rape twat insertion device. Sounds like a great way to escalate a rape into a murder. Obviously what you want to do when you're being violently raped is give your attacker an extremely painful but nonlethal injury.
Honestly I think the only type of weapon that is genuinely concerning beyond blind fearmongering are bioweapons. The Soviets already figured out how to grind anthrax spores to a fine point, aerosolize it, and mass produce it to where for a few bucks you could potentially kill off an entire city without any of the destruction or blatantness bombs or nukes bring. Fentanyl is bad enough, imagine if that was an actual bioweapon that could spread to animals and the soil itself instead of some meme drug on a Washington.
