Looking for the ultimate in weed destruction and forbidding technology. Basically I want to spray an area an never see anything green there again.
Basically looking for like glyphosate combined with something more long term for area denial in the perpetual war against weeds.
45% vinegar mixed with salt on a sunny day.
Check Amazon for the industrial strength vinegar.
Whoops, I meant dishsoap, but the salt couldn't hurt I suppose lol
..........bro.......
salt, literally salt and a tiny bit of dish soap/washing up liquid. don't go all out homosexual like that's for morons, not even rich people tier of morons, salt'll do it all, qith a surfacant to do a bit of the lighter lift.
Only homosexuals care about leaving grass behind.
It's that simple.
Salted earth.
Again.
Salted.
Earth.
Whoddathunk it
Scortched earth. If you will.
IN HIS WAKE HE LEAVES SCORCHED EARTH AND WORK IN VAIN;
SMOKE DRIFTS UP BEHIND HIM
HE IS FREE AGAIN
FREE TO RUN BEFORE THE ONSLAUGHT OF A DEADLY FLOE
LEAVING NOTHING FIT FOR PILLAGE
HEARDLY LEAVING HOME
SCORCHED EARTH
THAT'S ALL THAT'S LEFT WHEN HE'S DONE
HOLDING NOTHING BUT
BEHOLDEN TO NO ONE
CLAIMING NOTHING
OUT OF NO FALSE PRIDE
HE SURVIVVVEEEESS
Nah but really. Hot water, as much salt'll dissolve on in, hell you don't even need THAT much. A SQUIRT, AN EJACULATION OF WASHING UP LIQUID INTO THE LOAD AHHHHHHH.
Then apply on a dry day, not a rainy day, a dry day. WOW YOUR WEEDS ARE GONE, GONE!
If they are a stubborn weed like nettles, apply 3-4x with 3 week intervals and prepare to do it again the next year even if you see nothing (seeds stay in the ground).
It's completely natural, oh no, more natural than LE VINEGARSSSSS.
If you really wanna go nuclear, you add cheap, thin bleach to it or soda crystal mix at a 50:50 ratio but jesus christ not even giant hogweed can resist the OG mixture nevermind the schizo mix. Tho given the prices of salt these days.......
Forget hand pumps too, a good ol' watering can'll serve you, nothing extra needed and even the price of a watering can and literally just 3 packets/boxes of salt'll always be cheaper & more effective than weedkiller.
LOL

enjoy your MUPS
I’ve had good luck with the 12month shit at Home Depot. Regular Roundup will kill the plants and let something new grow in that spot, but the 12 month or extended protection Roundup, I think it’s in the gold bottle, that stuff actually seems to last a few months when I spray it in those cracks where weeds and grass grow back a couple weeks after using regular white bottle Roundup.
Anything less than soil sterilant mixed with diesel and a heavy dose of liquid detergent is useless.
I fought this war and the old ways are the best. Diesel doesn't sink into your water table but it does get to the roots. Pramitol 25E,Bromacil or Krovar in diesel oil, fuel oil, or weed oil is in common use. I save waste motor oil to add to the mix in modest amounts. Nothing else kills plants for longer than a few microseconds.
Ignore all the other advice because I have tried them over decades. The diesel mix is an old military and farm standby. Now go kill shit. Keep ingredients ready to spot treat and best apply before a rain which carries the mix to the roots which will be thursty after a few rainless days.
You now have your answer. Don't leave sprayer hand pumps soaking in fuels because it often fricks the O-rings. I take them out and wash them with detergent.
>Pramitol 25E
they have this at my local farm store
$143 for 2.5 gallons
thanks fren
I always rinse my sprayers after every use. I have a backpack sprayer and a tow behind lawnmower sprayer.
Happy slaying!
nothing grew for a couple years after I dumped some borax on a spot in the lawn
What fricking triffids are you fighting that glyphosate isn’t doing the job? It’s been three years and not a fricking single speck of green has besmirched my ground where I enacted the ultimate justice on a Lily of the Valley infestation.
My weeds would grow through an Abrams tank, toss the turret and scatter tracks and road wheels like fricking confetti. Glyphosate without diesel and soap didn't last. There is good reason for directions advising detergent and diesel.
I pity the weed who grows here
Nice A&W pee bottle
Drink more water
>pee
it's A&W cream soda
I own land I can piss outside wherever I want
I got this recipe from a utility contractor.
He sprayed it under the power lines near me.
It killed the trees he sprayed as well as the weeds.
His recipe makes 100 gallons but it is easily divided to make 10 gallons.
The prices are what I found on eBay.
Your cost may vary...
Element 4 Herbicide(Triclopyr 4 Herbicide) $44/gal
Arsenal AC - weed and brush killer $60/qt
Milestone - range grass killer $100/qt
Escort - weed control $100/qt
Enhance - surfactant $10 gal
Element 4 - 384/100 (3-gal to 100-gal)
Arsenal AC - 64/100 (1/2-gal to 100-gal)
Milestone - 7/100 (7oz to 100gal)
Escort - 3/100 (3oz to 100gal)
Enhance - 64/100 (1/2-gal to 100-gal)
Did it also kill all the grass? I'm not reading that from the various instructions.
Soil sterilant isn't just weed killer. Grass is evil too.
>does it also kill grass
Sounds overly specific-"range grass" vs. "soil sterilant" but a nice dose of diesel should help.
Milestone doesn't normally kill grass. Even at max legal doses it's safe for lawn use.
my escorts also provide weed control services
>everything up to and including the kitchen sink
At this point you can just go picrel
plants have feelings you Black person - you are killing living beings with cancer chemicals - get fricked
well tell those freeloaders to pay rent and they can stay
otherwise their getting the monsanto treatment
fricking sciopaths - choke on a bag of stamens. stop spreading death around the earth. it will kill birds and fish not just your dumb weeds. weeds are from god too - live in harmony with them.
Cry me a river. That which merits life serves ME. End of story.
roundup std amt for sprayer
Remendy std amt for sprayer
Diesel fuel 2-10th of total vol of sprayer
scorched earth
I dumped a shopvac with ammonia water in the corner of the yard once and nothing grew in that spot for years
You all know roundup causes cancer right? Thanks!
So does everything else. Don't drink it.
Only drastic measures kill vegetation.
Salt
Just how ~~*cancerous*~~ is 2,4-D? I need a selective herbicide for my weedy yard that isnt going to kill myself/dogs/fruits/vegetables (used selectively ofc). Been trying to look for a chem free solution but havent found a good option yet
Weed dragon. You.dont need to actually burn up the weeds. You.can just cook them for a second until they wilt
won't this also kill adjacent grass and small ornamentals and shit?
Chem free herbicides are like violence free war, water free oceans and honest politicians. They exist in dreams.
Bought this week. Shit is expensive.
>not buying glyphosate concentrate from a farm store
shiggy
hey where can I get some agent orange?
heard it works great against the weed menace
>hey where can I get some agent orange?
Paraquat or Gramoxone is what it's called these days. You need a pesticide applicator license to purchase it though.
I know most weed killers you're supposed to spray only if the temperature that day gets above a certain temperature but the weeds are already getting on top of me after a couple hot days and it's not gonna get above 60 all week
should I spray anyways?
holy shit, how do none of you people know about pre-emergence herbicides
what matters most is that the weeds are actively growing when you spray them, if it's above 50F it's fine, it won't work as fast as at 60-70F, but it'll still do the job
glyphosate is relatively slow even in optimal conditions anyway
Around here we have to spray in the early morning or late evening for the plants to absorb the spray. During the middle of the day it is too hot usually and the plants will not take in the spray readily enough before it evaporates.
Also as the other anon said, if they are growing well they will take up the spray and die quickly. If it is hot and dry and they are more dormant they will be harder to kill.

For a light dusting/homosexual spray sure.
For a drenching with a surfactant, it doesn't matter because you're targeting the roots/soil.
The benefit of a saline/sodium based scorched earth policy when it comes to weed/growth eugenics is that as long as you apply it on anything other than a rainy day, it'll always find it's way into the soil eventually since all evaporation does is allow there to be salt that'll sink in when it rains and a surfactant won't be affected.
Pussies who only wanna kill weeds always lose out. Chads like OP and scorched earthers don't have to worry about anything other than the odd rainstorm and the 2nd one CAN be bruteforced at less expense than a commercial weedkillers.
People who only wanna kill weeds on their perfect lawn are destined to live a peasant's life in the fields anyway.
> my mom told me to mix some vinegar…
Stop dreaming of killing weeds and just do it! You’re fricking around… stop it and just start blasting.
I remember seeing advice somewhere about spraying the plant with water prior to hitting it with the flames to get some sort of steaming effect. The claim was that steaming it would be more effective at killing the weed than burning it to a crisp. No clue if this is true, though.
lel, do difference tbh, a bit of water isn't going to do anything to it that a flame won't.
It's always about the roots & seeds and those are in the earth. You can get rid of the toplevel but shit like hogweed & nettles'll always come buck without cultivation or continued treatments (flame treatments/mere cutting back will never get rid of these two on their own and need to be taken care of at the weed level and not by le meme weedkiller meme).
I had one of these. Absolute waste of propane.
I've had great success with RM 43. It's an agricultural grade vegetation killer. It'll also kill your grass though. It's a sticky substance, too. So if you get it on the soles of your shoes while spraying, it'll track through your yard and you'll have dead spots where you walked through.
gonna soft sage as I only just saw this now and can't be bothered to delete & and to prevent a floor.
Most weedkillers like this that also cull grass are usually just salt/saline heavy solutions mixed with a few other chems. Weedkillers don't give you a table of ingredients under the best of circumstances, ones that are just salt/household cleaners especially don't.
A medium zone?
If you have time grab a pick and destroy them while they are young before they can reproduce, you will become stronger too
