he is hitting the mag release when closing the bolt, so it looks like the bolt is causing the mag to drop, its painfuly obvoius at the end.
2nd he is hitting the rear of the gun and causing the opened bolt to go forward...but also holding his hand near the bolt catch everytime.

No, I didn't make this video in attempt to convince you that PSA sucks. I made it in attempt that PSA customer service would take notice when l eventully send the gun in for work because l've admittantly had poor experience with them in the past.
Also, watch my hand movement. Whenever l bump the brace, my hands are nowhere near where the bolt release is on the other side of the gun.
