Was relying on foreign producers the biggest mistake the US military ever made? America has never had reliable allies and in any serious war it's reasonable to assume they would abandon the US, cutting off the supply of weapons from them.

What weapons does the US get from foreign producers? Which countries supply them?
US relies on Taiwanese chip producers for its missiles, Japanese and Korean ship builders for our navy, Canadian, Brazil, and Korea for the steel to produce the weapons, etc.
Stupid Black person every warship is produced in the US and the Jones Act heavily protects US civilian ship building.
Dumb Black person, stupid Black person.
What about the computer chips?
Texas.
Source?
Yeah probably but that's even more true for everyone else in the world.
What are you talking about? All our shit is made here, as per the berry amendment.
The US isn't a particularly reliable ally post war. Not sure if such things exist.
I don't think it matters that much if you use FN machineguns if you order them in such massive quantities. And Im assuming the US built them under licence.

Get your grade 12 before posting, homosexual.
no, he's right. US "allies" have never actually had to put any real skin in the game. they just send a token force of highly trained and armed soldiers to shoot unarmed brown people, there's no real risk there.

Bob Ney? The Saudi Spy? Lmao you're really reaching to rage bait with this one bud.
Rage bait? Its just a factual reference to a "reliable ally" leaving the US in the dust, causing such impotent seethe they renamed a snack in an attempt to shame them for it. If you interpret your history as rage bait then that says more about you.
Bob Ney's Freedom Fries were only served in the congressional cafeteria you homosexual. I'm not going to argue about french fries on fricking /k/. God damnit.
