At this point if anyone is still moronic enough to believe this drivel, they deserve everything they get. Take one look at the Insights from Ukraine youtube channel and all you hear is these buttholes whining about not getting their base pay, let alone bonuses or vacation (lol). If you join Wagner you are an expendable pawn. They will send you unarmed into an artillery barrage and not lose a wink of sleep over it.

yes, because shoigu and prigozhin have been "measuring eggs" for weeks already. people predicted the mutiny.

Now you mention it. Didn't Putin confiscate about half a billion US dollar (in rubles presumably) from the Wagner headquarters? Did Prigozihn get them back? If not, then what is he supposed to pay wages with? And pensions, haha

Surely this is a dick-measuring joke garbled by translation.

I'm guessing it means measuring balls. A lot of languages call the testicles eggs.

Exactly that, who has bigger balls basically, I would've said priggy had them a week ago, but frick knows now

I used to think the concept of "henchmen" in comic books and other cape shit was completely unrealistic.
Like where do you find all these guys to do evil shit for base pay and risk their lives?
Why are they all so stupid and can't aim for shit?
Like im not talking about gangsters and gang members I'm talking about the dudes that work for masked villains and have costumes and put up with abuse and the threat of the villain killing you randomly just to put emphasis on something stupid like convincing the hero that they're really really evil.

But now I realize they're all just Russian.
Russians really are the evil generic npc they've been portrayed as in media for all these years.

    Pension plan as follows:
Enlisted KIA - your family gets a bag of potatoes (15 kg max)
Senior enlisted KIA (Sgt and up) - 2 bags of potatoes
Junior officer KIA - Keys to slightly used Lada and 2 bags of potatoes
Senior officer KIA - Keys to a new Lada and 3 bags of potatoes
General officer KIA - State funeral, Vase of flowers, Keys to luxury Lada and truckload of potatoes

      15 whole kg?
Sounds better than the actual Russian army. No wonder they're the crack troops.

I used to be all about potatoes but recently I've learned to make damn good rice and now I want to make it with every meal. I've got a beef roast going for about six hours now, cooking it slowly with carrots, onions, and some random seasonings. In a few hours I'm going to make some seasoned rice along with some asparagus pan-fried with a tiny bit of olive oil and bacon fat. I'm fricking stoked about dinner man.

From what I recall reading Wagner unironically does have some good pension/payout plans for members who die during their service (prisoners excluded - live free or die tryin'). Surviving next of kin do get decent monetary rewards, unlike government soldiers (either contract or mobik) who get compensated with a bag of potatoes and 2 litres of vegetable oil. Maybe a "new" lada (sans ABS, airbags, or any safety features dated after the collapse of the USSR) if you're really lucky.

The only reason more people don't risk it with Wagner instead of playing the mobik lottery is because they've gained a justified reputation of being thrown into all the high risk combat zones. The next of kin payout like with many merc companies is based on time served, so it makes more sense to just sit back and hope your number doesn't come up for mobilisation.

      >implying they are gonna be around in next decade, let alone 5 years after what happened last week.

Daily remainder that there is no company called "Wagner", mercs are employed by dozens of front companies registered somewhere in Africa to names of homeless front men, with all the equipment and property leased or rented from another straw companies or Russian government entities, therefore there is no one to sue for your outstanding salary or pensions if they go breasts up. Recruiters and cadre routinely uses assumed names and documents issued by glowBlack person agencies, from which they usually come, so good luck calling up witnesses or defendants if you are a private person seeking enumeration. Not that courts decisions or signed contracts matter much down there.

They pretty much won't be a thing, they will be put under direct army command. Nor did they ever have the military power to take over, nor did the convict mongoloids wish to take over, they were probably just angry about being denied stuff and used as meat for the grinder and fired upon by their own allies. Pirogi on the other hand though he could use his war clout to act tough and make both the mistreatment of wagner (and thus himself and his position) stop and strengthen his position. It was a really dumb move.

They are in Belarus. It's more likely that they will get Belarusian army to fall under their direct command than vice versa.
