I dont think such blueprints even exist but I do know some VSS parts kits where available to buy before the Russian sanctions so maybe some anon has made some.
These guys have been trying to manufacture a US made one for a while now, very here and there with their updates though. They do appear to have some functioning rifles though.

As the person with the most technical drawing packages of firearms of any individual online, I can safely say the VSS drawings have never been leaked. I have one VAL sheet but it's low res and has a watermark on it
Do you have a CAD program like Solidworks? SVD drawings have never surfaced to my knowledge. This is all I could find for the AK dovetail but the uploader is very trustworthy.
That's like saying an RPK is just an AK with a long piston, or an SVD is just a short stroke RPK. Manufacturing this shit isn't a matter of pressing a few buttons, they need entirely new mills to produce.

I think you're thinking of the AS Val. The Vintorez while very similar was built to be a marksman's rifle
