Dumb question dumb thread. One is a long range piece of artillery that shoots and fricks off immediately after. The other is a MBT which both sides knowingly lose to artillery, mines and drones especially during offensives. Russia however is more than willing to burn through their MBT stocks which they have more of down to throwing up old T-62s and older T-55s.

If the HIMARS crews were as competent as the Leo / Bradley crews, we'd probably have at least one frickup by now. There'd be footage of a lancet blowing its load into a HIMARS or something to that effect. We've seen this with the other Ukrainian artillery systems btw: Krabs, PzH2000s, Caesars, all have been hit by a Lancet.

Note that the PzH survived; the armour absorbed pretty much all the damage.
At least one did. Still, the crew kinda fricked up by getting hit at all imo. HIMARS launchers haven’t even taken a scratch
PzH2K range is much shorter than HIMARS, so it is more exposed. Also, it's a fricking tank howitzer, it's designed to be able to take some hits.
