Am I the only one who thinks the SA80 looks cool as all hell? I'd want one as a range toy; obviously not as a SHTF gun, but still.
anyways post your weird/unpopular opinions.

they kinda look cool sometimes yeah
That's an L86.
the british "AcK"
the ugliness does have it's own appeal though I'm a sucker for the original handguard
Reminds me of an old photoshop job of mine.

I don't think everyone should own guns
I think there should be a psychological tests to make sure you're not mentally ill
>inb4 screeching muh it would be subjective testing
No it wouldn't, these tests exist for centuries now. That ban trannies from owning guns.
Yeah bro the psychiatric establishment is totally in touch with perennial/eternal truths, not at all in thrall to the hysteria of the moment, for sure
To live in America and come to this conclusion you'd have to be too unintelligent to find this website, so I assume you're European. How do they foster such deep, nearly unconditional trust in institutions in you guys? Is it just an issue of inborn temperament? Endocrine disruption?
literally just had to draw some circles in a paper bro
I know what you mean. It has a cool retro look to it that comes from the use of metal instead of heavily relying on polymer like the overwhelming majority of bullpups.
>use of metal instead of heavily relying on polymer
hm yeah
more guns should use metal
…damn, I finally, FINALLY get it! Why everyone started wearing their arm patches crooked! Look! It’s so that they look right side up when you have your weapon up. To help ID your unit / job in the stressful conditions of the battlefield. God how I love our Anglo people, we’re SO good at war.

I completely agree with sensible gun laws
Me too. That is: no laws restricting the ownership of guns.
saying you like freedom and then ree'ing about [insert group you hate here] having firearms or anything with a slight hint of camo and demanding they give their stuff to you isn't very freedom of you
i'm a hypocrite
yes
Yeah it looks nice. Especially the A2 and A3. Probably would be a good shtf rifle because the a2/3 are among the top rifles for reliability unironically.
So, everyone knows the SA80 had a troubled childhood. But, at some point it had become a fine rifle. When, exactly, did they fix all the main shortcomings? What version are they up to today?
Fixed with the A2. QoL with A3. Outperformed m4 with carbine gas in US's own field tests with fewer mean stoppages per 250k rds. Wish we could get them here.
