But I'm doubtful Russia will do shit if they strictly strike military targets within Russian borders. If HIMARS strikes civilian targets then they might actually escalate. But Ukraine should straight up strike Millerovo, Buturlinovka and Kursk airbases with M39A1, M48 or M39 ATACMS's accidentally mixed up with M31A1's in transit.
Pic related is how filled those air bases are. Air burst strikes will damage 90%+ of any aircraft caught underneath beyond quick repair. This will unironically cripple the Ru Air Force for a significant period.
and here's Millerovo air base from a month ago. All within ATACMS range, and launch points can still be out of Russian artillery range.

Hitting targets in Russian territory would give Putin an excuse to mobilize the economy and draft everyone. You might say that Russia doesn't have the logistics to field full mobilization, but he doesn't need to, he can just bleed Ukraine dry by increasing tempo and using the entire population instead of just that part dumb enough to volunteer. Hitting Russian territory would make any eventual political deal much harder to reach even if Ukraine wins the war - you have to give Putin a face-saving way out that hitting Russia would seal off. Lastly, the West fears nuclear escalation, even if Ukraine probably doesn't care very much at this stage.

The problem with GLONASS is that it goes out of sync because there’s only a few areas in the world where it has ground stations which update the sats keeping them in sync. GPS has stations all over the world which keep it in sync pic related.

Cloud plumes doesn’t represent bases or ammo dumps being destroyed. They only mean there was a hit someplace. Period. Slava Z posts cloud plumes and explosions all day with ammo dumps, command center, bases, etc in the caption.
Unless evidence is posted we should assume nothing of value was hit. Ammo dumps should have many secondary explosions, not just a cloud of smoke with a big fireball.
How is ammo stored anyway? In big heaps or do they section it with firewalls and compartmentalization?
