I wanna make my own tinctures with the goal of making things that are very beneficial to my health. What are the healthiest plants you anons know of that would make great tinctures for this? Maybe the best ones for cancer, the best ones for brain health and such. Any and all suggestions are welcome
Your panacea plan has been tried for 8000 yeara and never worked (well, except poppy tea).
But if you want to make nice smelling fluids, then you can steam or alcohol extract herbs.
If you want useful fluids you can ferment certain herbs to get a flavoring agent.
Im not looking to be immortal, just a little healthier anon, thanks for the tips
> tinctures don't do anything, only modern globohomosexual broken western medicine works
mkay
He's right though. Start small. Really get the vibe of one herb then move onto another. Good relationships with 20 herbs are worth more than some synthetic school (that you may not be able to afford, at least at present, which is why you are on DIY), or a head completely filled and paid-for by dope synthetic patent pharma garbage.
Ditch the tank if you have one. Try running the output directly into an open container.
He's kind of right too, since you mentioned tincture, you should go about building an alcohol stil.
Also, anon: Helpx.net. Consider apprenticing with someone already making tinctures.
>Ditch the tank if you have one. Try running the output directly into an open container.
Huh, that's an interesting thought

Thanks, anon, I'll check it out
have you considered a reverse osmosis system for your drinking water
Yeah, I actually have one but its just a simple one from amazon. I may look to upgrade to a better quality one
Why is RO so much more popular than a cheap still? idk about removing flouride but boiling and ceramic pots seem like a pretty inexpensive Big Berky mock up.
enjoy the energy bill
Your expectation is the compression of thousands of years of apothecary from multiple regions and multiple cultures into some greentext?
Go apprentice yourself.
Nah, just some tips on what herbs and plants are good
Thanks, anon, I'll check it out
Mullen, works wonders for your lungs if you're sick
>catch athletes foot
>google what kills foot fungus and I have at home
>olive oil, cloves, cinnamon, ginger absolutely demolish fungus
>put all 4 together in a bottle until I have a slurry
>apply slurry to feet
>feet stop smelling and fungal skin peels off in a matter of days leaving healthy skin beneath
thanks for nothing globohomosexual "only real medicine works" salesmen
also giving this a test run as a deodorant since it has almost no smell from afar and managed to get my workboot 12 hour shift feet smell like roses
lions mane, turkey tail, reshi and the one that starts with a C I can never remember how to spell.
Cubensis?
I've been taking A. Pantherina and have good results. NM NICE Ethno. Order the caps and process them a bit more. I tried some kind of psilocybin before, but found the line between therapeutic and functional, and not functional/tripping, was too fine. If you don't like losing your head, and instead doing what you would normally do, but with better mental health... then. And it's legal nearly everywhere.
Awesome
Yw. When there is no backpressure from a bladder tank on the membrane output, the pressure differential is higher between the inlet and outlet, the output should be cleaner. A countertop system with a high rejection membrane that has no tank, produces perfectly usable RO water from decent tap pressure.
well yes if you're into that kinda thing, bur I meant cordyceps
I'm into nootropics by 'that kind of thing'
I have had Dr Neubauer style hyperbaric treatment. TMS. hCG. And now A. Pantherina. It's really helped. All of what I mentioned are non-invasive, effective, durable and painless ways to improve brain health.
Sure beats being sent home after a stroke/concussion/LBO or other event, and just getting palliative care.
Valerian root pretty much singlehandedly cures my periodic insomnia/sleep quality issues and gives me significantly more vivid dreams.
I also feel more relaxed when I take it during the day.
You can get teas containing it, but they are a bit less potent than tablets. I've taken a handful of tablets and thrown them into a bottle of gin with some other herbs before. Alcohol seems to dissolve it partially into solution, giving it an amber hue.
