    >C-130 outclass the Embraer in almost all categories
What are you trying to prove, macaco?
By the way, I am not denigrating Embraer, they are good and proven aircraft manufacturer

Having pulled DZSO duties with C-130s as the drop air craft a bunch of times you really don’t hear them until they’re about to be on top of you.

Japan's Kawasaki C-2 is the better C-130 replacement.

that is like saying a BMW 5 series in M trim is the better replacement for your Camry shitbox instead of an Accord

        C-130J is ~$93M in 2023 dollars
The C-2 is ~$130-170M, but it's produced domestically in japan (so you're no sending that money to the US, or someone else's economy), and in much smaller numbers C-130.

C-390 is ~$70M, so it makes sense for brazil and other poors being a good $20M cheaper than the C-130.

C-390 is cheaper than the C-130, but much more modern, more capable and lower running costs. You can buy nearly 2 C390s for the price of a single C-2 making the C390 the superior C-130 replacement.

Having more, less capable airframes isn't really a "win".

I mean, I get it for brazil, but you'd have to be delusional to think japan would've been better off buying the C390 over the C-2.
