>It's meh -- the Toyota Corolla of pistols. It works, but nothing about owning it is exciting.
much like with a toyota corolla, the exciting part is ricing the everloving frick out of your boring shitbox until you have an abomination that barely resembles your original piece
>applies to every polymer handgu
Not every, just the overpriced popular name brands. Several manufacturers charge reasonable prices for their polymer pistols that perform every bit as good as a Glock. Stop being hyperbolic.
I actually think the G48/G43X is a lot more ergonomic for most people than the G19. They're much slimmer and unless you have huge hands, the less boxy grip is nicer.
G23 is better for SHTF because you can convert it to 9mm by just changing barrel and mags, so you have a weapon platform that reliably shoots two of the most common handgun cartridges in America
They need to innovate or they're gonna lose their title as "default handgun". I mean shit S&W fixed their SD handgun series' trigger, which was very misunderstood and could be improved for $20 with new springs, some very fine grit sandpaper, a proper application of grease, or just plain usage. No point when you can walk into a store and get two of these for the price of one Glock. The aftermarket isn't as good but it has a rail and takes M&P sights, what more do you want buy some ammo instead ffs
I will always love my 31c, have a 9mm barrel too. Not the same as a 19 but probably close with the 9mm barrel.
Glocks are good but I prefer my hellcat pro now.
Should be banned or strictly licensed in any civilized country.
None. Head empty
why does it have two barrels
More bullet, ya git
>why does it have two barrels
Because your mother drank while she was pregnant with you.
They alternate to keep the barrels cooler during automatic fire. Genius design.
Sexy. To bad the slide release on my 9mm xds gives me blisters.
Exclusively carried by fat boomers in wifebeaters who drive golf carts in their dirt road neighborhoods
Glocks, more like wieners am I right
>*jams*
Get an M&P.
M&Ps don't jam any less than glocks though.
>Get an M&P.
Based, the M&P 2.0 has such nice grips.
Like the DS and the PSP I'm an idort with both
It's fine
Once you can outshoot your 400 Glock, buy something better.
It's meh -- the Toyota Corolla of pistols. It works, but nothing about owning it is exciting.

yep, that's a glock
Overpriced for what it is. No reason they should be $600. Should be $400 max. The manufacture them for like $150, at the most.
That applies to every polymer handgun. Look at what Walther and HK charge for their plastic.

>just as good
They go ebb and flow between 475 and 550. Not to mention the police trade in under 400.
Glonk
For me, its the Beretta APX
just bought mine today
Ahh, perfection…
Just werks, can cc, 8/8
What gun doesn't tho?
yeah
Perfection.
I don't think about gl*cks
>Thoughts?
None
Is that any good? Like the streamline look
everyone who dislikes glock is contrarian
Yes, I'd like to be something contrary to moron cattle
>moron cattle
alright man, lets hear it. what makes glocks suck?
Perfection™
It's the gold standard for a reason. You can get a full grip and it doesn't suck to shoot like the micro 09mms do.

^this. exactly why I built a g23. Same goes for g20 to g21.

The grooves fit my hands better than a gen 5 and overall better for me. But also I'm not into the aesthetics so I have a g17 gen5 because it's cooler

I like my 19.
I put a barrel extension on it for safety.
