I have an APC 308. It really is smooth as frick, I love it, all the parts seem to be made to such I high standard, I cant seem to find a flaw. I have the DMR version, so I guess the only flaw is that it's a little heavy, but it's a 308 so it is what it is.
Was about to say something. But I think I did see the first vid this guy was in and he had an interesting point. Said with a piggy back red dot over a scope he found he was just tilting the rifle enough to get the red dot in front of his left eye and then using it that way. So it was less tilting required than a 45 degree red dot would need.
Otherwise frick every channel that puts some shitty rapper in their video.
>AR10
Not a good standardized platform like the AR-15. Too many variations and incompatibility between manufacturers. >CZ 805
If it was so good, why is there a Bren 2?

The SCAR is completely proprietary also, but weighs more, recoils more, and beats itself to shit faster than a poorly-made AK.
>weighs more, recoils more, and beats itself to shit faster than a poorly-made AK.
Lmao, citation needed.
The proprietary part is true but there's only one source for FN SCAR 17 components and only 1 standard to comply with; FN. With the AR-10 you have: OE AR-10A (rare), AR-10B (used M14 magazines), LR308 (first DPMS revision meant to downsize the platform), and now the DPMS Gen 2 (smaller frame, more AR15 like). Components from all are not exactly interchangeable between each other. As I said before, different standards and too many variations between manufacturers.
And that's not getting into the other AR-10 "like" rifles like the LMT308MWS which has a monolithic upper, Ruger SFAR, SIG 716i, and others
All different.
Stock hinge/latche assemblies on very old SCARs are supposedly prone to cracking. I don't know how to tell the new version apart though. I bought mine at the beginning of 2016 and it's never had an issue.
Bren 805 also had issues hence BREN 2
The only major difference between SCAR generations is reciprocating charging handle vs non reciprocating charging handle. The NRCH one has a lighter weight bolt carrier too.
I own a NRCH SCAR 17
Sounds like you're trying to justify the waste of money that was your SCAR you couldn't afford without surviving on white rice and eggs for a few months. >Is your PSA AR10 and better?
No, I don't own guns. I just think you sound insufferable. Like a dollar store dogfricker.

>$3200
All they had to do was make it sub-$3k. If I'm spending SCAR money, I'll just buy the gun that lets me LARP like my favorite video game characters.
I never tried an APC300 but all the reports from all the local APC owners and gunshops is that they're trash whatever the caliber. Get a german AR, and if you're loaded with money, get a SIG 553 in 300 BLK, no idea if they exist in Burgerland though
In the EU .. only got grandfathered normal capacity AR-mags .. so the 553 with 10 rounders isn't very appealing, and never got used to the 550 trigger. (got the MR308 over the SAPR for that reason)
Might just get a Daniel Defense or sth. as I'm still lacking a DI gun.
Swiss, anon, Swiss. And even so, get the IAC buffered bolt carrier for the SCAR17 and voila, lighter gun with similar smoothness.
>Swedes
The B&T will probably rust to shit anyway
Awfully strange thing for you to nitpick, upside down satan.
I have seen too many posts on them rusting on their own is all
god damn swedish people ruining everything

I hate classic firearms.

The only good thing the scar did was create a better standard for attaching stocks. And that was a complete accident.
It's a shit gun, not difficult to beat it. Virtually all modern 308 rifles are just better than it.
I blame Belgium for the SCAR not the Americans. That being said, lots of guns beat the FN SCAR 17 such as AR 10, CZ 805 BREN, B&T APC .308, etc.

Opinion discarded then, Rajeesh
The SCAR went through more design changes than the BREN
Name two because the only design change that I have even heard of was the NRCH from years back lmao

So nothing then lmao, cope more the scar platform is already dead in the water
I'll cope by shooting my light and accurate .308 that has never jammed on me. I'm sure your PSA special is Just As Good.™
The 805 is not better than the SCAR, but the Bren 2 (806) is.
Fair enough, my point still stands that there are many better options than the SCAR.

The meme about american not being to differenciate Switzerland and Sweden is real god damn. Also B&T is shit, buy a swiss made Sig 751.

Any recommendation for something in 300blk .. was looking for at the APC300 pro, should I just get German or American AR?

In burgerland here they come in batches every few months and usually go for 7k-10k a gun
