>Notice the small window or whatever in the turret.
yeah, what's it for? I thought it was like an infrared panel, or is it for the gunner to see out of?
Tusker rocket tank. One pod has Hornets (thermal lock), the other one has Shadowers (visual lock). The Hornets are heavy hitters, but slow to lock onto anything other than scouts, and never lock onto scavengers. The Shadower is pretty weak but the lock is fast and you can carry a lot more.
Really embarrassing that they had to ditch the repulsor lifts for old fashioned treads. Hard to believe the CCA managed to kick the NSDF off Mars and Venus, and now the vatnigs are reduced to this. Collins should have let the Furies wipe them out.
People joke about this but as an infantry support vehicle in an urban environment that can carry 40 thermobaric or HE rockets, what's wrong with that?
The armor on the MT-LB is a bit lacking but those pods are pretty high up, you can hide behind things or use it indirectly.
>40 Thermobaric rocket pod. >In an urban environment. >In all you can atgm buffet Ukraine.
Did the Orcs tell the crew to scream Allahu Ackbar before or after they get vaporized?

said in an urban environment as well.
Ae, a tank's worst environment.
In Ukraine. A country whom NATO gave more shoulder fire ATGMs then Russia has MBTs in Ukraine.
All while driving a jerry rigged SPAA with a thermobaric missile rack screaming "shot here for fireworks".
https://lostarmour.info/shushpanzer/item.php?id=8691 >all the morons thinking it's a Russian vehicle
This shit was fielded by Ukrainian army during the 2014-2015 Donbass war.
Just a thought here. Why not convert an APC into one of these as some sort of infantry fighting vehicle / anti-tank platform with the rockets, and use the troop compartment as storage space for more rockets or rocket pods?
It seems like that would be pretty good for attacking or suppressing infantry in an urban environment
Oh i remember this one. At the start of the war during the 2014 phase the ukies grounded their hinds, leaving alot of s8’s ready to go. So they strapped them to strela 10’s and started using them as arty
This is probably a replacement for their helis. Those are heli rocket pods.
We have already seen that all te Russian helis can do is to try to stay out of range, turn their nose up, and try to lib a bunch of rockets into the general direction of the enemy. It's not safe to go closer and do a proper attack run, they'd get shot down by manpads.
They probably determined helis will never be safe again during this war, so they gave up on them, and welded their weapons on MT-LBs, because this way they might get some use out of them.
MT-LB with what looks like two B-8M1 pods bolted onto.
its actually a Strela-10, admittedly same platofmr. Notice the small window or whatever in the turret.
>Notice the small window or whatever in the turret.
yeah, what's it for? I thought it was like an infrared panel, or is it for the gunner to see out of?
Solar panel for charging the smart phones.
>I thought it was like an infrared panel
lol it's literally just a window panel for the operator to get some sunshine through best I can tell
>admittedly same platofmr
So an MT-LB.
This. They took the rocket pods off a HIN-D and strapped them to an MT-LB. Ghetto AF.

whatever happened to those T100 Terminator tanks?
I feel like we saw them do a photo op on some hill, then never saw them again.
How many of those were built again? Was it 6 or was it 7?
>give a tank possibly the coolest name ever for tanks

Thats not even the most tragic use of "Terminator" from Russia. That goes to the SU-37

You don't stop using armored vehicles because your enemy fields AT weapons. You have no argument.
The problem is Russia doesn't properly use infantry with their tanks which make them relatively easy targets for ukranian infantry.
