I just opened up freecad, then clicked on the shape menu, then I added a cube, I changed the dimensions, saved it as an stl and then opened it with cura and sliced it. It was nothing really.
I also made a box by adding two cubes together and using the cut modifier.

Click on one face of the cube and use the thickness function. It lets you choose how thick the walls should be and whether the thickness is added to the inside or outside. Much easier that way.

stop using glue stick to make up for bad levelling.
you really need to lift that top end up. the skirt isn't even connected.
