RDB has a superior trigger to mil-spec AR-15s and is only rivaled by aftermarket triggers.

nobody in their right mind keeps a milspec trigger in their AR once they can afford a new one

Cool then your aftermarket trigger can rival the RDB's stock trigger.

I guarantee it's way better than RDB' stick trigger

      I really like mine.

MDR trigger is great . And MDR also has the JARD trigger pack available with an adjustable 2.5-3.5lb pull if we compare the aftermarket of both. Now what it doesn't have is choice, it's stock or JARD and that's it. But that's a function of adoption.

Not a fan of all plastic. Though I do like this. But if you cannot swap the trigger for an AR third party that's no fun.

You can't, and they operate so fundamentally differently that it wouldn't have been remotely feasible to make it so you could. If it catches on, we might get something like the MDR's JARD trigger or the AUG's Rat Worx sear, but if not stock it is. And the stock is significantly worse than the MDR trigger. I'm not a big trigger snob personally (my TP9 and PS90 don't bother me) but I would upgrade the VHS trigger where I feel little desire to with the MDR other than just to see.

The mantis handguard is great, but $500 for a handguard with no Mlok slots? You get certain options, but you lose out on others. I find my MDRx is more of a range toy / safe queen more than anything. I bring it out when I want to show off, but other wise, it's okay.

          Anonymous

          >no Mlok slots
It has one flat and one angled on each side and three on the bottom. I use one of the side ones for a raised sling attachment point since I'm not overly fond of the flush one that's built in to it.

          ayy another mdr bro.
I just got mine and it is fricking amazing, I want the mantis but how does it actually feel since the gun is already heavy without the bipod.

Makes it less rearheavy, but the extra weight is noticeable. It's still easy to operate onehanded as it's still rearheavy, just less so.

            Anonymous

Alright thanks, I will probably go with the suppressor handguard and bury the suppressor in it then and just have a detachable bipod for when I need it.

              Anonymous

              >go with the suppressor handguard
The suppressor that goes inside the handguard has been discontinued for years, so good luck sourcing one. Can only get the one that sticks on the end now.

                >discontinued
As far as literally everything I have seen the reflex handguard can bury any standard 1.75 inch suppressor?

Check out the barrel removal method for clearing double feeds on an AUG

      Pretty neat shit

        Anonymous

I dont know how people struggle to deal with double feeds. Lock the bolt to the rear and pull the mag out. Both rounds drop through the mag well. Reinsert mag and hit the release. Its that simple.

            Anonymous

Now I have to figure out how to remove the old one, and then have a gunsmith put on the Warcomp. I'm going to miss the aesthetics of the tulip flash hider.

              Anonymous

The gas isn’t hard to remove.

Can you not crank the flash hider off with a wrench or something? Would a 7.62 suppressor be better for the AUG because of the lower backpressure? Any recs for cans and mounts?

I genuinely never thought I’d be able to get my hands on one so I haven’t really looked into actually suppressing the AUG. It’s just been a pipe dream, like 24” heavy barrel with bipod, the ratworx suppressor, ratworx full trigger set, and any other cool AUG accessory that’s ever come out

Work out which way your muzzle device is threaded, get a muzzle device or can with the correct thread pattern for your AUG.

So superior and efficient that the design costs 2.5x more to produce and sell. Hence the MAJOR adoption rates by militaries and civilians alike.

I mean, austria, france (not anymore 🙁 ), croatia, australia, isreal

also it's only 2.5x more expensive because it's a higher quality rifle then your psa, nobody really makes cheap bullpups

Took the croatpup out to the range this past weekend. The recoil was fine, it was sighted pretty high for long range so I will have to resight it when I go to an outdoor range. The bolt release is kinda wonky and takes getting used to. Its a pretty decent bullpup, but it doesn't have much of an after market.

Brainlets don't understand the tavor. They have an AR pistol for more compact operating and then a full size for functionality. The tavor is both of those things. Yes it's pricy but it's two guns in one. Instead of buying the same gun 5 times buy it once and then maybe get a 20 inch AR for more long distance shit.
