Well I mean somewhere like Finland already requires you to jump insane hoops for handgun ownership, it's doable if you live somewhere with abundant rental ranges but if you live in bumfrick nowhere it might be very hard
          >well if you don't live anywhere where they hold competitions, you don't need a gun!

I live more than 100 km from any rental ranges and it was already pretty darn hard to arrange
Maybe if you work some cozy email answering job with flexible hours, but regular people have to go at the weekend when they're either fully booked or you have to book the entire range for yourself at insane cost

Are there any guns you can easily get in france?

Here any bolt or semi rifle is really easy, and getting a can for them is unregulated. That said there is some weird magazine rules, like the fact that you can have 30-rounders for them while at the range, but if you go hunting with it you cant have more then 5 rounds per magazine for some reson. Shotguns are also really easy to get, but in both cases you need a 18 inch barrel, so no SBRs for us.
Hand guns is a lot more difficult and CC isnt a thing.

5-shot mag limit when hunting is probably some sort of anti-poaching regulation.

            Anonymous

IIRC there used to be a 5 round limit overall a few years ago, but they changed it for people on the range, but forgot to change the hunting regulations wich still has it included. Oh, fudd boomers are fricking everywhere when it comes to hunting here and they hate anything that looks even remotly modern.

          >Are there any guns you can easily get in france?
Not really no. You can get a double barrel shotgun for hunting quite easily but you still have to pay for a yearly licence and you need to get checked by a doctor to get a licence. I could do it but it's kinda weird to go see your doctor and ask for something like that imo.
Getting a semi auto handgun is even harder.

Here you dont need to visit a doctor, but they will check your medical records to make sure you arnt a schitzo or something. Not much of a hunting culture over there is it? Here everyone knows someone who hunts

Not anymore. Hunting used to be huge around where I live but the newer generations doesn't seem interested. It's not surprising though considering how hard it is to get just a double barrel shotgun for hunting. Plus veganism and politics got into it.

You need to find and pay for a shooting range membership to get a handgun. They don't accept new members in my area because too much people on the waiting list. Even if I could get into one you have to go shoot very often or else they cancel your membership and you have to give up your guns.

While we do have small state or even county weirdness with our laws its not too bad, aside from the obvious commie states. Just stuff like,
          > You cannot mount crew served weapons on gators if its past 1pm on Sunday
          > No wearing shorts and carrying a long gun
          > Thou shalt not use foul language when in posession of calibers greater than 9mm.

Hog hunting, even if you are extremely good and don't miss- killing one per shot you still can spend 20+ rounds on a sounder. Even if there was no reason- people should not be punished for something so harmless

that's stupid reasoning. you're giving in to their fear mongering already. you could as easily have a 30round magazine with 8 rounds in it or two. don't be a homosexual and let people tell you what to do. the only reason to have a low cap mag is if it seats flush and might be subjectively better to some.

how are gun laws in france? here in italy you can choose between 3 licenses, one for sport shooting , one for hunting and one for ccw.
All 3 allow you to buy and own the same amount of guns: 12 sport guns, unlimited hunting guns and 3 common guns (whatever guns doesn't fit the hunting or sporting criterias, a gun can be classified with multiple criterias)
to get a license you must be 18yo or older, have no criminal record and no mental illnesses (unless cured by enough time) an exam is required only for the hunting license.
Once you have your license you can go out and buy whatever gun you want but you have to register them with the police. the licence lasts 5 years and if you don't renew it you don't lose your guns but you cannot buy any more or take them to shoot.
If you want to buy more guns than what normally allowed you can put some of your guns into "collection" which costs 14 euro per guns and basically you still own them but they don't count in your total (some regions have restrictions on this though, like not allowing you to shoot them more than X amount of times or requiring you to have an alarm system in your home)
            > all they do whine and complain online instead of doing anything to get funs or to protect and expand funrights

forgot to mention that getting a ccw license is really hard as they say you need a "valid reason" and that the hunting license has a yearly fee that you have to pay if you want to actually hunt. Also if you refused to serve in the military when it was mandatory (Obiettore di coscienza) you cannot own a gun at all.

you change the language to english
I don't live in France I just did my hunting exam there because it's a lot easier there than where I live
In Belgium we don't have nice single website with all the info
              but it boils down to
if you want a shotgun/bolt action or a semi action with a fixed magazine you get a hunting license in France
If you want semi with a detachable magazine or a hand gun you get a sports hunting license. Join a shooting club and go shooting 12 times in a year.
Full auto ect takes a dealer/special collector license
All of them take a clean criminal record, fit bill of health, two people that will vouch you aren't a spastic (doctor can be one of them), a vault bolted to a wall of floor and the neighborhood cops popping in to see if it's really bolted (mine was okay with a few pictures of the vault with my license over e-mail)

Hunting license is more or less permanent unless you frick up bad.
Sporting/dealer/collector needs to be renewed every 5 years so go get a bit of paper to show you didn't do any crime and a doctor to okay you, costs less than 100 euro.

Why are there so many Africans in France? Like you can’t even see French people in some areas, just a sea of brown.

          >Why are there so many Africans in France?
they colonized many countries some of which in africa and forced them to speak french. fast forward a few years and you have millions of Black folk that are poor and can legally travel to France, so they did.
I always said that France and the UK nowadays are the biggest poster child for why we should have never colonized those monkeys

Go to the nearest range, ask to sign up.
Go to your doctor with the printed form, ask him to tick the box that says there's no medical issue preventing you from practicing shooting sports and sign it.
    Pay the yearly membership
Buy a 40€ handgun sized safe from brico depot (ask a receipt)
Practice with rentals for 6 months
Get a "green paper" from your range
Fill some papers to ask a permit
Wait a few weeks for the prefecture to return your permit(s)
    Buy your dream handgun

This, eurogays who b***h about not beeing able to have guns are just lazy gays who think that you can get a SBR suppressed MG34 at Wallmart in the US without filing a 4473 or waiting for a tax stamp.

Its not that bad for most eurogays. Getting a gun isnt usually a problem. Sure, using it to defend your TV from beeing raped and your wife from beeing stolen might be a problem depending on where you live, depending on how cucked your local govt are. (Here you are allowed to remove someone from your property with violence (including firearms) if they refuse to leave. But honestly I have never had much of an issue transporting my guns for international competitions, and I use a somewhat regular 18" AR-15. EU gays who whine about gun laws have valid point, it should be a natural right, but most of them can still get a gun unless they go full schitzo

You could probably be illiterate here in Sweden, and still pass the local hunting regulations. Its not Russian tier, but man you have to be fricked up to not get a hunting licence.

Plus you have those sweet Swedish mausers. I assume the government hands them out to white people.

Yeah, Swe Mausers are still the most common hunting rifle around here. Too bad, a lot of boomers went gigafudd and changed them up a lot. When I left the military around 10 years ago, a Major offered me to buy a stash of origina Swel Mauser 98s for 5€ a pice (I know the guy, I helped him find the stash). I didnt take it up because I didnt want to start a gun buisness (wich was the only way I could legally register them for civilian use) back then. There were hundreds of them tho, so I could probably have made some cash. I feel like a moron today. They were all destroyed instead, wich was official pollycy...

Wow my 'joke' turned out to basically be true. But don't beat yourself up, we've all done dumb stuff over time. From my POV as a burger I'm glad the Swedish government at least released a bunch of them to our importers so they were available to us to purchase.

As a Finn I had to wait two years for my CZ 75. Two years. All because the cops couldn't be bothered to do their job 17 years ago and couldn't pin the responsibility on medical professionals. That's not okay on any level

4 months of shooting experience , having your shooting club recomend you then sending a form with various comon papers , and stay active as a shooter (renew the paper work every 5 years )
But thats only for semi or short guns ,
You could get A shotgun or a 308.bolty by paying 200€ to the nearest skeetshooting club and then you have 12 months to buy anything you want (befor the licence ends) and you can keep it for life.

Ausgay here, I used to have the same mentality - I get how hard it can seem when there are so many hoops to jump through, and how disheartening it can be when you're constantly being told "Americans can just buy one over the counter"
That being said, I recently started the process to get my target shooting license by signing up for a local club.

Most Western countries outside of the US have their fair share of cucked and bs firearm laws, but if you really want to own a gun and shoot it, there are ways to do it.
And if you ever feel bad, just remember - at least you're allowed to own airsoft guns.

Good for you m8, that's the attitude to have!
Doesn't matter how hard or long it is, once you get your gat, you will feel like it wasn't so bad.

      >And once you have that paperwork sorted, get ammo, mags, spare parts and stockpile the way you wish your grandpa did so that you can pass all of this on to the next generation off the record before you die.
      Your descendants will thank you.

not really that's mostly fuddlore. 99% of those convicted of using a gun for self defence here in europe (uk aside) are those moronic enough to chase after the thief after he ran away and killed him. it's almost always like this.
In most eu countries there the proportionality of defence, meaning that unless you fear that the bulglar might kill you you cannot kill him. (ie: you cannot shoot at someone for trying to steal your car)

In practice 99% of the time this means you can't shoot him unless he has a gun and shot first
