Wanna split a cave? I'll bring my train set, and I got a bunch of imitation crab meat in the freezer. It'll be a great time.

Don't get near caves, there are human like beings living there already. Specifically avoid granite caves and don't camp near them

somewhat, it's a ~450k population city but it's next to a huge metropolitan area so it feels like one

I live in the woods in a modest, modern home. It is nothing fancy, but I can afford rent with just one week of hard work now that I've paid off my debts to the landlord.

Now that my debts are paid off, my next goal is to get a modest, used pickup truck and a solid rifle. For hunting, farming, and political mobilization of rural, anti-government militias.

Eventually, I'd like to buy a cheap patch of land in cash to park a trailer on and build a home. Am working as a carpenter partly to learn how to build a home with my own two hands to avoid a lifetime of debt.

Life is what you make of it. Rural living is nice if you enjoy nature, privacy, peace, and quiet.

I actually live on a farm. Living in the middle of a field is odd. I'm not a field homie, I'm a forest homie, a "snow homie" if you will.

You are vulnerable in a field. Thick tree canopies can block infrared light which is useful if you are being hunted by helicopters or planes with infrared cameras.

well luckily the forest is like half a click away I guess

Yes. The great reset is coming soon but you will need to go underground in a cave or something to be truly safe. They will be hunting the survivors after so you must be able to avoid detection.

Nah but I had this once, clear as anything the strongest impulse, and when I got there someone had set up some kind of alter thing, it was 100% some kind of magic and I wish I could find the person who it was

The only people who survive the demiurge/great reset/rapture/whatever you want to call it are those who hid in caves. Where do you think the stories of man coming from caves originated from?

Same, even my daughters want to exit society. We've been looking into ways to do this, since we are poor (widower with everyone home schooled). I've been thinking about learning to make a teepee and scout out some areas this summer. It's kind of funny weed never gets me high, shrooms make me feel dumb, dmt makes me feel hyper sober, but the forest feels like the perfect drug to me.
