What do you need a life of crime for man, it seems to me you are set. That sounds like a decent thing you have going. Acquire materials and turn that basement, backyard, or off-site storage into some form of shop/yard for materials and projects, and go to town. You've got space, project seed funds + living funds depending on how decadent you are, your main expenses in life paid off. What are you into DIY-wise? I'm into automotive stuff for example, so I immediately would fill that space with crap related to that.
