My car has huge tires and so I was backing into my driveway and it caught the box somehow and pulled it back

I can't even see the driveway. Don't back up again until you get some training.

I already tried pushing it myself and it didn't budge much, but you can see where my tire hit the car and I figured they would charge me since its damage to the box

Just call the power company and say some idiot turned around in your driveway and hit it. It's not a lie.

They don't give a fuck, they'll just send a lineman out to fix it. (It's probably gonna get replaced) In the unlikely event they try to charge you for it, your homeowners or vehicle insurance will pay for it.
The only time I've ever heard of people having to pay is doing something stupid like drunk driving and knocking a pole over, or are fucking with equipment intentionally, to steal power or copper.

That's a pad mounted transformer. Don't even touch the fucking thing. Call your power company.

All he has to do is say it wasn't him. Anyone else in the city could have come up and bumped it.

Call the number on the box, tell them you saw a pack of wild meth heads trying to make off with it last night. Don't have your huge tire car parked next to it when they show up to put it back. Stop being shit at driving.

lol. the cops cant do shit. its not like he stole anything from it. you are a moron. also the power company cant charge him for that because that transformer should have been secured to the pad so that it cant be moved like that. its actually a fail on their part. they failed to secure their equipment.

Linemen are on duty 24/7. If the power isn't out, they'll get someone over there soon. And, call them yourself, don't fall for obvious bait like that.
