Should shooting a comrade burning alive be a court martialable offence?

Should shooting a comrade burning alive be a court martialable offence? Should the verdict be dependent upon whether or not there's a lake nearby?

Guys carry guns around to shoot themselves under such circumstances, and suicide is a worse sin than murder. Also I wouldn't trust my aim while in unimaginable agony.

Only if you worship an evil deity, i.e. satan

          >Satan is a deity
Clearly he is within you. If you're fixing to start a moronic theological debate and lose you should go back to your containment board.

No, they're for shooting other people.

what did you do this time, moron?

If I did something, why would I ask this on /k/. much less pose it as a moral dilemma rather than request help in getting out of it? If I fricked a 17 year old, and I decide for whatever reason to post a thread, it'd be along the lines of "How do I get away with fricking a 17 year old bros?" and not "Is fricking a 17 year old really wrong?"

come on. we can't help you when you don't tell us.

        >How do I get away with fricking a 17 year old
You need to get rid of the evidence. Light him on fire and then shoot him. Try to do this away from any lakes or other bodies of water.

If I got court martialed for that then at least I could sleep well knowing I was 110% in the right and put a close friend out of their misery. Burns are no fricking joke.

He is lit on fire by a belligerent. He is a Christian let's say. Certain death, middle of the fricking desert, water already dumped on him.

        >water already dumped on him
so the fire is now out and you’re just mercy killing him? God is going to do what he wants to do when both parties get up there anyway. As long as there aren’t any other witnesses there’s no reason to worry or be any more guilt ridden that necessary.

it just makes sense. you cant help him. his limbs and fingers will fuse together. he is dead from infection anyway. might as well end it quickly. note this is for those certain to die.

This film was so over dramatic and corny, trying to be some 'le grim war story' just like saving Private Ryan.
Then it goes full moron in the finale.
